Katie Williams and Georgia Hull

Big Brother Australia 2021‘s Katie Williams is set to get married after proposing to her partner, Georgia Hull.

The reality star confirmed her engagement on Instagram on February 21, revealing that her “dream girl said yes” to her beachside proposal at Tamarama Beach, NSW.

“My lover, my best friend, it was always you.”

Further chatting about their engagement with Daily Mail Australia, Katie said Georgia has “changed her life forever”.

While she didn’t think she’d be marrying a woman a few years ago, she has “never been happier”.

“I don’t identify with labels, I’m just in love with my person and it feels really beautiful that we’re getting married and can have this future together,” she said.

‘It’s definitely different, a few years ago, I never would have thought that I would be proposing to a girl, I thought my future was with men, but I’ve never been happier in my life and I’ve never been more in love in my life.

“This is my love.”

Todd Elton and Natalie Ager

Love Island Australia 2019’s Todd Elton has popped the question to his girlfriend Natalie Ager!

On December 28, Todd took to Instagram to share the big news.

“ENGAGED!!! SHE SAID YES,” he captioned the post, alongside the ring and champagne bottle emojis. “Three years in, a lifetime to go.”

Alongside a sweet snap of the couple was a pic of Natalie’s HUGE ring and we’re jealous AF!

Matt Zukowski and Tammy Hembrow

Love Island Australia 2019‘s Matt Zukowsi and influencer Tammy Hembrow have confirmed what we’ve all been suspecting — they’re engaged!

The couple, who only hard-launched their relationship in September, revealed on December 10 that they’re headed for the aisle.

“Never in my life have I felt so safe, so loved, so understood, so cared for,” Tammy wrote on Instagram.

“What a plot twist you were.”

The announcement was accompanied by a video of the moment Matt popped the question while they were holidaying in the Maldives.

The comment section was flooded with support from friends and fans.

“Congratulations angel,” Big Brother VIP‘s Ellie Gonsalves wrote. Meanwhile, influencer Olivia Molly Rogers penned: “So beautiful!! Congratulations.”

Erin Barnett and Mick Russell

Love Island Australia OG Erin Barnett and her longtime partner Mick Russell got engaged and the proposal was BEAUTIFUL!

On November 26, Erin posted a sweet clip on Instagram, showing Mick popping the question.

“I SAID YES!!!!!!” she wrote to the captions, alongside the ring and heart emojis.

“I finally get to marry my best friend. How lucky am I?! This moment was everything I could have ever dreamed of. I’m still screaming with excitement!” the reality star added.

Fellow Season One Islanders filled the comments section with love.

“Yew!! Congrats,” Dom Thomas wrote, whilst Tayla Damir penned: “Aww Erin. Yay this makes me so happy, congratulations.”

On November 9, the reality star took to Instagram to share the news, sharing a series of adorable snaps from the big day.

“I’m so excited to begin a new chapter in my life with my love and our baby girl. He put a ring on it,” she wrote in the captions, alongside the ring and party popper emojis.

The pair share an 18-month-old daughter, Giselle.

Jackson Garlick and Lyndsay Gates

The Bachelorette Australia 2019‘s Jackson Garlick is set to be wed after popping the question to girlfriend Lyndsay Gates in Cabo.

Jackson, who also appeared on Bachelor In Paradise, shared the exciting news on Instagram in October.

“In Cabo doing stuff,” he captioned the post, which was a photo of the loved-up couple kissing as Lyndsay flashed her engagement ring.

The newly-engaged pair have been together for a number of years, with social media snaps of the couple dating back to early 2021.

Michael Turnbull and Charlotte Cushing

Just a week after revealing they’re expecting a baby in April 2024, The Bachelorette Australia 2015‘s Michael Turnbull has announced he’s engaged to Charlotte Cushing.

Taking to Instagram on October 10, Michael shared a snap of him down on one knee.

“To the most incredible, strong and caring woman I know…Thank you for choosing me,” he penned, to which Charlotte replied: “I would choose you in a million lifetimes. Over and over again. I love you.”

He later shared a photo montage of “the moment” and the pics are stunning.

This is Michael’s second engagement — he was previously engaged to fellow The Bachelor alum Tash Candyce in 2019.

Aleks Markovic and Nik Stojan

Married at First Sight Australia 2020‘s Aleks Markovic is engaged to her long-time partner Nik Stojan and the proposal was absolutely to die for!

On October 3, the reality star took to Instagram to share some sweet snaps from the big day.

The pics showed Nic getting down on one knee outside a romantic outdoor setup and who said chivalry was dead?

“Mrs S to be,” she wrote, alongside a ring emoji. “And in every lifetime, it’ll always be you!”

Several MAFS stars took to the comments section to gush over the gorgeous proposal.

“WE’RE ENGAGED,” she wrote alongside a video of her surprise proposal.

“My favourite human ever flew to Bali and surprised me on a girls trip by getting down on one knee and asking me to be his wife.

“I can’t even describe the feeling. [It was] the most magical, overwhelming, love-filled moment of my life. I love you forever Jake.”

The reality star then revealed that the pair had been engaged for a number of months.

Delta Goodrem and Matthew Copley

Former The Voice Australia coach Delta Goodrem and her longtime partner and guitarist Matthew Copley got engaged in Malta and we’re so happy for the pair!

On September 22, Delta took to Instagram to announce the big news.

“My best friend asked me to marry him,” she wrote in the captions, alongside a ring emoji.

She then posted an adorable snap of the pair hugging, followed by a video showing off her GORGEOUS ring whilst a string quartet played Elton John‘s ‘Your Song’ in the background.

According to an outlet, the singer’s impressive rock is believed to be worth around $123,000. And our eyes are officially watering!

Cat Henesey-Smith and Matt Bartlem

The Bachelor Australia 2018‘s Cat Henesey-Smith is engaged to be married after her bae Matt Bartlem popped the question in September.

Taking to Instagram with a video of the life-changing moment, Cat dished the couple had “been keeping a secret for a few days”.

The Bachelorette Australia 2020‘s Sam Vescio and partner Antonia Maiolo are engaged, with Antonia sharing the news on Instagram on August 21.

“Fidanzanti,” she captioned the post, which means “fiancé” in Italian.

The photos showed the couple looking SO loved up, admiring each other and Antonia’s stunning ring.

Becky Miles, whom Sam dated during his stint on The Bachelorette, shared her congratulations in the comment section.

Married at First Sight Australia 2018’s Dean Wells revealed that he proposed to Beauty and the Geek 2022’s Aimee Woolley. Tbh, we’re cringing at their weird AF engagement photoshoot which was taken by a paparazzo.

The pair announced the news on August 13, however, one source told So Dramatic! that they got engaged on the DL back in March.

According to Yahoo! Lifestyle, the 45-year-old popped the question at NSW’s Birubi Beach and the proposal was odd, to say the least.

Pics of the big day showed the pair posing in front of two large camels and it looked like they were creating a strange Down Under edition of Aladdin.

Jonethen Musulin and Lilli Newman

On August 7, the couple shared a video of the special moment, captioned “Here’s to forever” with a ring emoji.

And can we have a moment for the set-up? The reality star laid out petals and candles in the shape of a heart and if our proposal isn’t like this, we’re not interested!

In the snaps, captioned “Farmer Wants a Wife” with a ring emoji, Andrew can be seen getting down on one knee and it’s gotten us in our feels!

Love Island Australia 2019’s Adam Farrugia is engaged to his partner Renee Ashley and it looks like his bad boy days are over!

The reality star popped the question on August 4 and we’re not gonna lie, we cried a lil’ watching the adorable proposal video he posted to Instagram.

Not long after, Renee took to the gram’ to express her disbelief over the romantic proposal.

“I sit and continue to pinch myself because I’m convinced I’m dreaming. We’ve cried, laughed, popped open bottles & I’ve cried some more,” she captioned a video of her and Adam.

Courtney Dober and Abbey Thomason

The Bachelorette Australia 2016‘s Courtney Dober has popped the question to girlfriend Abbey Thomason!

The 37-year-old shared the news on Instagram with a series of pics from the proposal on July 19.

According to Courtney, he hadn’t exactly planned the proposal to a T.

“Honestly, I surprised myself. I had a ring, I knew I wanted to marry my best friend but I didn’t know how or when,” he wrote.

“Seeing how hard you worked this week and how dedicated you were to making a difference to this organization just made me love you more than I could have ever imagined.

He concluded: “These people, this place and you were the perfect combination and I couldn’t be happier.”

The Bachelor Australia 2016‘s Faith Williams is engaged to her beau, James Cornish.

Taking to Instagram, the reality star shared a video of the moment her fiancé got down on one knee while holidaying on the Italian island of Sardinia.

“YES YES YES,” the 32-year-old, who announced she was pregnant in June, wrote.

The Bachelorette Australia 2019‘s Matt Whyatt and Love Island Australia 2018‘s Kim Hartnett are getting married!

The couple revealed on Instagram they got engaged after Matt popped the question on their three-year anniversary.

Sharing a series of snaps from the day, including the moment he got down on one knee, Matt told his followers: “We are getting married.

“Vegas baby.”

Over on her own page, Kim flashed her stunning diamond in an Instagram carousel featuring the loved-up pair.

SAS Australia 2021‘s Sam Burgess and his partner Lucy Graham got engaged during their babymoon and we’re not crying, you are!

The former NRL player, 34, popped the question to the hairdresser, 33, during their holiday in Fiji last week, just months after revealing they are expecting their first child together.

According to one outlet, Lucy was spotted wearing a HUGE diamond on her wedding finger when the couple returned home to Sydney on June 18.

Lucy has since shared a number of happy snaps on the ‘gram of her ring.

“Saaaaa cute,” she penned as the duo smiled at the camera.

The newly-engaged couple have only been dating publicly since October last year. However, Sam previously shared that they’ve known each other since they were teens. Aww!

Marley Biyendolo and Lynn Williams

Big Brother Australia 2021 winner Marley Biyendolo has popped the question to his long-time partner Lynn Williams.

Taking to Instagram on May 21, Lynn shared a joint post with her newly-minted fiancé with snaps from the exciting day.

“Our moment,” she penned.

The comment section was FLOODED with well wishes from reality stars, including Marley’s Big Brother co-star (and MAFS’ Martha Kalifatidis‘ mum) Mary Kalifatidis.

“No way ❤️ congratulations,” she penned, while her daughter wrote: “Congratulations guys.”

A few of Marley’s fellow The Challenge Australia competitors also shared their excitement.

“She’ll never trust another ‘fit check’ video again..” he captioned the video, in which he sprinkled sand at their feet because they “love the beach”.

Farmer Dave Graham and Shazli

Big Brother Australia’s David “Farmer Dave” Graham announced his engagement to boyfriend Shazli on January 3.

Just a few days into 2023, the reality star revealed on his Instagram that the engagement was the “happiest news” of his “life”.

“After a lifetime of looking, I am absolutely and completely in love with the kindest, calmest, most decent hard working bloke who balances me perfectly,” Dave wrote.

He added: “I was the guy who was told a thousand times when you least expect it it will happen… and it did!”

Until now, we’ve only seen brief snippets of Dave’s beau on his social media (and we didn’t know they were together!).

However, he spoke more about his relationship with Shazli in an interview with Women’s Day, explaining they met in a pub in 2021.

“I thought I had hit the jackpot,” he said.

“He was so polite and well-mannered, not to mention good-looking!”
