The nominations for the 2023 Logie Awards have finally been announced, and a bunch of Australia’s favourite reality shows are up for gongs.

The 63rd Annual TV Week Logie Awards will take place at The Star in Sydney on July 30, meaning the war between the invited and not invited Married at First Sight stars is undoubtedly about to unfold.

And yep, you guessed it: MAFS has been nominated for not one but two awards. Obviously, because we truly are suckers for punishment.

The first category is Most Outstanding Reality Program, which the marriage experiment also shares with Nine’s other fan-fave show, The Block.

Australian Survivor: Heroes v Villain, Hunted Australia, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and MasterChef Australia: Fans & Favourites also made the list.

In the Most Popular Reality Program category, Farmer Wants a Wife is the only variation in the list of nominees.

MAFS, Hunted, MasterChef, The Block and I’m a Celebrity are also up for nominations in that bracket.

What other reality TV shows have been nominated for Logies in 2023?

Several other reality shows are also up for awards at the 2023 Logies.

Australia’s Got Talent, Gogglebox, Lego Masters and The Voice have been nominated for Most Popular Entertainment Program.

Lego Masters also appears in the Most Outstanding Entertainment Program list, alongside The Masked Singer Australia and RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under.

Meanwhile, Travel Guides is in the running for Most Popular Lifestyle Program.

Are any reality TV stars nominated for individual Logie awards?

Fan fave Hamish Blake might be able to back up his 2022 gold Logie win because he’s yet again been nominated for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television for his work on Lego Masters.

Julia Morris is also in the category for I’m a Celebrity and Taskmaster. As is Osher Günsberg forThe Bachelors Australia and The Masked Singer.

For her trio of gigs on The Voice, Dancing with the Stars and Big Brother, Sonia Kruger is also nominated for Most Popular Personality.

Hamish, Julia and Sonia, along with Scott Cam for The Block, are also up for the Bert Newton Award for Most Popular Presenter.

Meanwhile, Flex Mami‘s gig on Love Island Australia‘s spin-off, I’ve Got a Text, earned her a nom for the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent.

RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under‘s Kween Kong is also nominated in the category.

The 63rd Annual TV Week Logie Awards will have a host for the first time in 11 years, with Sam Pang officiating the festivities.

The ceremony will air on Channel 9 on July 30, 2023.
