Australian Survivor: Heroes V Villains 2023 has been slapped with even more claims of it being rigged, and it ain’t a good look for the fan-fave series.

A Survivor producer who worked on the latest season previously alleged that the show’s outcome isn’t as random as viewers may think.

And now, a contestant has thrown their tea in the pot and boy, is it piping!

The intel was spilled in episode 277 of the So Dramatic! podcast, in which the source confirmed producer manipulation is “1000 per cent accurate”.

George [Mladenov] was protected by a particular producer and they kept manipulating people and outcomes to keep him in the game,” they said of the popular player.

“A number of us got told not to play our idols and they told us we were 100 per cent safe when really they knew we would be going home.”

At one point in the competition, it was made out that George overheard his fellow “Spice Girls” alliance members Shonee Bowtell and eventual winner Liz Parnov plotting against him.

However, insiders claim this isn’t the case.

“George didn’t overhear Shonee and Liz speaking about him. He was tipped off by producers,” they explained.

What other allegations have been levelled against Australian Survivor?

The above ties in with past allegations that producers were also telling George where hidden immunity idols could be found.

“When George is going to ‘the well’, the producers would race ahead and place idols there for him to find,” one revealed in episode 272 of the So Dramatic! podcast. “Then wait for him to arrive with a camera pointing at an idol,”

They also alleged that George winning the Set For Life cash reward challenge, which saw him take home a whopping $60,000, was “no coincidence”.

George has denied any foul play or favouritism on set. But when you’re heralded as one of the best Survivor players ever, you’re not gonna admit it, are you?

The Heroes v Villains producer also told host Megan Pustetto that challenges also have a little sprinkle of producer magic.

“For example, if someone has to hold a sandbag or something, they will make the person they want to win hold a lighter bag.” OMG!
