Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Ollie Skelton and Tahnee Cook have revealed that producers left out even more of the explosive drama from the Reunion episodes than we thought.
During an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle on April 5, the pair spilled that the Reunion Dinner Party was “way more chaotic than what was shown on television”. And we’re all ears!
The voiceover artist revealed that there were SO many arguments that never made it to air.

“I remember looking around and there were three arguments that they could have centred a whole episode around happening at the one time,” the 26-year-old dished.
“The producers came in and said, ‘Guys, everyone is screaming over the top of each other, we can’t hear a darn thing’.”
The PR manager chimed in, stating that “so much stuff was edited out”.
“There was Dan [Hunjas] and Sandy [Jawanda]’s confrontation, Janelle [Han] and Adam [Seed]’s confrontation, Caitlin [McConville] and Shannon [Adams].
“At one point I was sitting across from Jesse [Burford]. We were like, where do we look? Which fight are we listening to?” OMG! Where can we get our hands on this unseen footage?

The 27-year-old said she was”disappointed” that producers never showed Sandy holding her ex-husband accountable for his actions.
“I thought Sandy had a beautiful moment just standing up for herself and confronting Dan,” she added.
“She was owning him and coming forward with all this stuff she had heard, and he had nothing to say. I really would’ve loved to watch that.” We would’ve loved that too. Justice for Sandy!
Ollie Skelton calls out producers for their ‘insincere’ editing
Ollie was shocked at the way Claire Nomarhas and Jesse were portrayed in the Final Reunion episode.
“I found Jesse and Claire’s narrative at the end of the Reunion that they were together to be insincere,” Ollie said, stating that the pair were clearly “just friends”.
“Looking at that on a surface level would indicate to me that Claire is moving to Perth to live with Jesse.
“Claire was actually just going to visit Lyndall [Grace] for a weekend, but it was alluding to the fact that they were getting back together,” he said.
Jesse also addressed this “false edit” on Reddit, confirming that Claire was never travelling to Perth to see him.

“There was a lot people didn’t see,” Tahnee added.
“There was so much happening and I guess they had to choose the highlights because there was honestly too much content.
“I thought they should have made a four-part series of the whole Reunion, seriously. I think people would’ve loved to see it.”
Yes, Tahnee, we agree. We’d watch a MAFS marathon any day of the week.
