Caitlin McConville has found love again after her truly f*cked experience on Married at First Sight Australia 2023.
Following her exit from the show, Yahoo LifeStyle reported that the 27-year-old makeup artist would be returning to the show next season due to her tumultuous relationship with Shannon Adams.
However, this is fake news because as revealed in episode 261 of the So Dramatic! podcast, the Queensland bride has already been snatched up!
Who is Married at First Sight’s Caitlin McConville dating?
A close friend of Caitlin’s spilled the tea, confirming that Caitlin was not set for another appearance on the show, revealing the lucky man she’s now dating.
“I know for a fact Caitlin isn’t returning to the show,” they said. “She’s dating this bloke and has been since Christmas actually.
“His name is Kobe Barton. They’re pretty serious too. She’s met all his friends and they go to social gatherings as a couple together.” Awww, we are SO happy for her!
The insider went on to reveal that Kobe, 24, is a professional bowls player and Caitlin has been watching him play and supporting him. Like Caitlin, he’s from the Gold Coast and is also studying to be an Osteopath.
“So happy for Caitlin” the source gushed.
“She deserves love and happiness and I am so glad she finally got it.” And we couldn’t agree more!
Caitlin confirms her relationship with Kobe
On March 28, the pair went Instagram official with their romance, sharing a selfie to Kobe’s account.
“Is this what they call a hard launch?” he captioned the sweet snap.
The TV star also confirmed her new relationship in an interview with Nine Now on April 6, saying she met him while doing some temporary work after the show.
Caitlin explained how she hit it off with her partner Kobe “instantly”, and what started off as a friendship turned into something much deeper.
“I have a partner!” she gushed. “It’s very new, so it’s only been a couple of months since we’ve made it sort of like, exclusive and ‘seeing each other’.
“He treats me in a way I’ve never been treated before. It’s really nice – it is really different to be with somebody who treats me the way he does.”
Caitlin revealed that there was no “grand gesture” when it came to making things official between them.
“We were having the conversation about where we were at, what we wanted to do and whether we were going to see other people are not,” she explained.
“We just mutually decided we weren’t really into anyone else.”
Caitlin added that Kobe had watched some of the more difficult episodes of MAFS with her, and said she was grateful for his support along the way.
“He was really encouraging and just kind,” she said.
“It’s so new so we’re just enjoying getting to know each other more, going on little dates… we’re in that discovery period.”

Unfortunately, the makeup artist didn’t have the best journey on MAFS 2023.
From being moved down from second to third place in the ranking challenge, to being told she wasn’t “naturally beautiful” enough, the former bride copped a lot of sh*t from her on-screen hubby.
Although we’re sad her appearance on MAFS was so short-lived, we’re glad she got TF out of there because she deserves better! And she definitely levelled up. We love to see our queen thriving!
Shannon, on the other hand, is delivering people’s pizzas. Karma really is a b*tch…
