Many of the Married at First Sight Australia 2023’s male participants actively supported “the boys” – including “gaslighters” like Shannon Adams and Harrison Boon – by not “getting involved” in the Dinner Party drama.

During the February 15 episode, Claire Nomarhas and Lyndall Grace spoke up for Caitlin McConville after they spotted her TV groom on an unauthorised outing with a young girl and another woman (who they suspected to be the ex he’s “still in love” with).

Lyndall’s “husband”, Cameron Woods, was against her sharing the information with Caitlin because he didn’t want to get involved in other couples’ drama.

“I just don’t want to bring conflict to us, and I think you know that. I just didn’t sign up for drama,” Cameron said. Babes, you signed up for MAFS!

He put Lyndall in an awkward position where she had to choose between her partner and calling out a friend’s questionable relationship.

“So I should be silent and pretty and not talk to anybody? That’s not honesty, it’s not good friendship. That’s not who I am,” Lyndall argued.

Married at First Sight 2023’s male participants supported Shannon Adams without question and it’s a big problem

Meanwhile, Adam Seed and Harrison went out of their way to support Shannon from the get-go.

After hearing a gasp (with absolutely no context), Adam said: “Shannon’s gonna need some support when he gets here, I think.”

Married at First Sight fans pointed out that the “none of our business” mindset and support the boys’ mentality created a breeding ground for domestic abuse.

Married at First Sight’s Adam Seed pressured Janelle Han to keep quiet about another drama

Janelle Han and Adam Seed faced a similar tea-spilling dilemma.

“I can’t be drawing myself in. It’s a girl-on-girl thing, you understand?” Adam claimed.

The makeup artist overheard Harrison reveal that Dan Hunjas had taken a random girl’s number on a night out, but Adam felt it wasn’t something to share with the group.

“After seeing the whole group hold Shannon accountable tonight. I just felt really guilty that I couldn’t share this with Sandy [Jawanda],” Janelle said.

Married at First Sight’s Harrison Boon gets caught up in yet another “cheating” scandal

Adam flagged with Harrison that Janelle might bring up what she knew and ol’ mate freaked TF OUT… probs because he’s the one who got the girl’s number. Big yikes!

“I personally don’t see it as a big deal which is why I didn’t tell Bronte [Schofield],” Harrison claimed, spinning his little web yet again.

“We were at a bar. Some girls came up to Dan and I and one of the girls said, ‘You’re hot can I have your number?’ and I said, ‘I can’t give you my number, give me yours’. Literally got it deleted as soon as she walked off.” Sure, Jan.

Fans were fuming at Harrison, who blamed Dan for the scandal.

But they were even more concerned when Bronte shrugged off the scandal.

Many feared that Harrison had manipulated Bronte enough for her to feel like she needed to shrug off what she recognised would be a “red flag” to other people.
