We’ve only just recovered from the Married at First Sight Australia 2023 cheating scandal involving Claire Nomarhas and Adam Seed and now another one is headed our way.
As revealed in episode 256 of the So Dramatic! podcast, a second cheating scandal is soon to unfold in the experiment involving not one but THREE of the grooms.
The second hit of infidelity involves villain and Fboy Harrison Boon (quick, everyone, pretend to act surprised!), as well as Dan Hunjas and Cam Woods.
“Harrison, Cam and Dan go out one night and pick up chicks. It’s really bad,” an insider dished. “They hooked up with some girls and got their numbers.”
And lo and behold, it doesn’t take long for word of Harrison’s shady AF antics to filter back to Harrison’s wife Bronte Schofield.
“Harrison called Adam the next day and told him and he had him on loudspeaker so Janelle [Han] heard it,” the source explained.
“Janelle then told Harrison that if he didn’t tell Bronte himself, she would, so then he confesses to her at the Dinner Party.”
However, at this point, Bronte hadn’t realised that Janelle had given him an ultimatum until she pulls her aside later and tells her.
According to our intel, Harrison came up with an excuse only Harrison could and said it wasn’t a big deal because he “never called the girl back and pursued things.” Righto.
“Bronte was like, ‘but you still took the number. You should have said you’re married and committed to someone. Why did you even take the number?’” the insider recalled.
“Then it explodes between them and the drama is next level.”
Bronte Schofield forgives Harrison for his involvement in the second Married at First Sight cheating scandal
You would think that this would be a huge red flag for Bronte, however, she surprisingly forgives Harrison over the misdemeanour.
“Bronte says she doesn’t care because he’s already deleted the numbers,” the insider revealed.
“Everyone was coming at her asking her why she is still with him and she shuts it down.
“She said something like, ‘he’s a good-looking dude, he’s going to get attention. What he does with that attention is up to him. He f*cked up so that’s on him.”
The group wasn’t happy at her reaction and wanted her to “hold him more accountable” for it and not be “so forgiving.”
As for Dan and Cam’s partners i.e. Sandy Jawanda and Lyndall Grace? No words on how they took the news just yet, so you’ll have to keep watching…
What happened during the first Married at First Sight cheating scandal?
It wouldn’t be Married at First Sight Australia without a cheating scandal (or two!), and Claire and Adam were the first to stray this season.
Their respective marriages to Jesse Burford and Janelle Han had rocky beginnings, so it’s no wonder they attempted to find comfort elsewhere.
As reported in episode 253 of the So Dramatic! podcast, a pash “is exchanged between Claire and Adam early on in the piece”.
“They have a little snog behind their partners’ backs during a night out,” one insider explained.
“A bunch of contestants went out drinking together at a pub and Claire and Adam went off to have a vape together and that’s when it happened.”
While Jesse “immediately suspects something happened”, the sneaky duo “deny it”.
“Jesse is made to look like he’s crazy until it all comes out eventually.”
And boy was he ever during the February 12 Commitment Ceremony.
