Married at First Sight Australia 2023 fans have already called for the experts to intervene in Bronte Schofield and Harrison Boon‘s toxic relationship as the controversial groom’s constant “gaslighting” becomes even more “emotionally abusive”.

During the February 6 episode, Melinda Willis became an unexpected hero as she called out the 32-year-old tradie for his BS.

Soon after arriving at the Dinner Party, Bronte dished to Lyndall Grace that she was no longer friends with wedding guest (and The Bachelors contestant) Jessica Tomlinson because Harrison convinced her that she was trying to stir up drama.

The rest of the girls quickly caught onto the tea, with Melinda immediately noticing red flags in their relationship, quickly calling “bullsh*t” on his explanations.

“I definitely think there’s more to this story. I don’t trust him,” Melinda said,

But Bronte reconfirmed that she was trying to “trust” her new groom, which shocked the blonde businesswoman.

“Am I the only one seeing what the hell is going on? It’s like Harrison has gone around and sprinkled some Harrison bullsh*t into every single drink. And everyone’s drinking it like, ‘Harrison’s the man’,” Melinda asked.

But don’t worry, Melinda! MAFS fans were asking ALL of the same questions.

Others were concerned for Bronte’s long-term mental health as their dynamic quickly shifted into “emotional abuse“, which is considered to be a form of domestic violence.

Fans pretty much unanimously agreed that Harrison was acting like the “textbook” definition of a gaslighting partner.
