The Married at First Sight Australia 2023 cast have created several secret group chats amongst them and it all sounds very cliquey.
As revealed in episode 277 of the So Dramatic! podcast, the brides shared one group chat during filming. However, an insider has revealed that this group no longer exists.
According to our source, many of the ladies voluntarily left the group, as it became very toxic.
“There was a girls’ chat but a lot of the girls left because one bride kept sending in articles about herself,” the source dished. We wonder who it was?
“Bronte [Schofield], Sandy [Jawanda], Lyndall [Grace] and Evelyn [Ellis] left because it became too much.
“It was like ‘look what this person said about you, or look at this comment’ etc,” they added.
This prompted the girls to form separate group chats with their closest friends. And TBH, this gives us traumatic high school flashbacks!
“Sandy, Lyndall, Claire [Nomarhas], Alyssa [Barmonde] and Bronte then started their own group chat,” the source shared.
“Janelle [Han], Tahnee [Cook], and Alyssa also have their own group chat.
“And Melinda [Willis] and Evelyn have a group chat. And Melinda and Caitlin [McConville].”
The Married at First Sight grooms have their own secret group chats
The MAFS grooms also had one large boys’ chat, however, nobody posted in it, so they segmented off into smaller groups.
“[Cameron Woods], Rupert [Bugden], Duncan [James], Ollie [Skelton] have a group chat,” the insider spilled.
“Ollie and Rupert are best friends so they have another chat.
“Harrison [Boon], Dan [Hunjas], Duncan, Cam, Jesse [Burford], Adam [Seed], Shannon [Adams], Josh [White], Layton [Mills] – are in another chat but Layton never writes in it.
“Layton is kinda on the outs with the boys because he’s not a fan of Harrison. And all the boys except Ollie and Rupert like him,” the source dished. Now this is some TEA! All of a sudden, we love these three even more!
The source also shared that the boys have a club called ‘Bad Boys For Life’ and of course, the whole club was Harrison’s idea.
This club is supposed to help the boys pick up chicks with Harrison as their ringleader, and we’re guessing the club’s success rate is approximately 0%.
The only thing Harrison needs to ‘pick up’ is the phone to his therapist, because this man has a lot of work to do!
