Married At First Sight Australia 2023’s Cameron Woods has spoken out about Lyndall Grace‘s post-show hookup with co-star Josh White and he was not stingy when it came to details.
The fling between the pair started when they shared a kiss during a night out on December 17, one day after the MAFS reunion.
However, this short-lived romance ended one month later.
The advertising client director flew to Perth to spend the Australia Day weekend with the 27-year-old accountant, but he was heartbroken when he found out that she already had a boyfriend.
During an appearance on the Kyle and Jackie O Show on March 28, the carpenter told hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson that the 40-year-old had contacted him shortly after his fling with Lyndall had ended.
“I received a phone call from Josh after all that went down and he wasn’t in a really good place,’ the 27-year-old spilled.
“[Josh] flew to Perth to visit [Lyndall] to find out she had a partner back in Sydney,” he added. Brutal!
One Married at First Sight contestant describes Lyndall and Josh’s fling as ‘messy AF’
One of this year’s MAFS contestants claimed that the fling between Lyndall and Josh was “messy AF” from start to finish.
The source dished that the pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other at the post-finale after party in December.
“Lyndall and Josh were all over each other in front of everyone. It was really uncomfortable to watch,” the source said.
“They were so caught up in the moment they didn’t even care who was watching.”
Things between the pair became more serious when Josh planned a romantic weekend with Lyndall from January 26 to 29.
Whilst the two kept their new romance under wraps, one of Lyndall’s friends figured out what was going on. This friend contacted Josh and asked him why he’d travelled to see Lyndall knowing she was “in a long-term relationship” with another man. OUCH!
Sadly, Josh had no idea Lyndall was dating someone else.
“Josh was heartbroken as he was under the impression Lyndall was single. She completely led him on,” the source shared.
“He was on the first flight back to Sydney and not f**king happy one bit. They spoke for hours every day leading up to this holiday and she didn’t mention it once.” Yikes, it appears we have another villain on our hands!
The source revealed that the other MAFS cast members weren’t impressed by Lyndall’s antics.
“It has caused a lot of tension and drama within the group. Lyndall and Josh are no longer on speaking terms. It’s a complete mess,” they said.
“Lyndall wanted to keep the whole thing on the down-low – which is funny because she told some of the cast about it on a night out in Perth.”
It seems like this year’s contestants are messier IRL than they were on the show!
