Turns out Married at First Sight Australia 2023’s Lyndall Grace and Josh White‘s post-show hookup is a tad more complicated than it’s been made out to be.
ICYMI: The 27-year-old was spied pashing the 40-year-old father-of-two during a wrap party in Sydney, leaving MAFS fans mind-blown because at the time, they were still coupled up with their respective partners on-screen.
Sources close to Lyndall alleged the smooch was a one-time thang, but another insider has since dished that’s not the case at ALL.
As reported in episode 258 of the So Dramatic! podcast, the source that the pair “hooked up multiple times”.
“Not just once… Josh has plenty of proof,” they alleged. And um, receipts pls!
Further ironing out some of the murkier details, they continued: “He flew to Perth to see her and then her roommate told him that she had a boyfriend.
“Josh had no idea and flew back to Sydney early.”

The insider added that the Disney-obsessed groom has been “worried” about “everything that has come out [after] the show”.
“I think it gets to him a lot more than the others,” they said of Josh, who recently begged fans to stop trolling his TV wife, Melissa Sheppard.
“All the stuff about him and Lyndall really affected him as well as he’s a very soft, gentle man.”
They went on to say that Josh was “really into Lyndall” but he’s “not feeling the best” since the romance “fell apart”.
Luckily, “the other cast members have been supporting him” through this rough patch.
MAFS’ Lyndall Grace labelled former fling Josh White ‘a dog’
As revealed in episode 256 of the So Dramatic! podcast, Lyndall has reportedly been calling the father-of-one a “dog” and telling cast members she “doesn’t like him anymore.”
“She’s been saying that he’s not a nice person, he can’t be trusted and he’s not what everyone sees,” one castmate dished. “She wants nothing to do with him.”
The insider went on to explain that Lyndall thinks Josh is “full of BS” and his “good person” persona is all “an act.”
“She said he’s just as fake and fame-hungry as the rest of them,” they added.

Josh’s TV wife Melissa was said to have been “blindsided” by his hook-up with Lyndall. And let’s just say, she wasn’t exactly happy about it.
“Melissa didn’t find out about it until it hit the press,” they revealed. “Everyone else in the cast knew except her. They didn’t know how she would react and didn’t want to upset her.”
The contestant then explained that their co-star Sandy Jawanda “tried to warn” Melissa about Josh’s recent antics.
“Sandy said to Melissa that ‘Josh is a dog’ but she had no idea what she meant. Now she does.” Awkward…
