Married at First Sight Australia 2023’s Lyndall Grace has labelled co-star Josh White a “dog” after they shared a “couple swap” kiss.
According to the Daily Mail, the 27-year-old was spotted locking lips with the Disney-obsessed groom, 42, while out in Sydney at a season-wrap celebration.
But the publication alleged that it wasn’t just a tipsy, one-time party pash. They suggested Josh also visited Lyndall in Perth in late January for a weekend getaway.
However, it appears the romance has since turned sour.
As revealed in episode 256 of the So Dramatic! podcast, the TV bride has reportedly been calling the father-of-one a “dog” and telling cast members she “doesn’t like him anymore.”
“She’s been saying that he’s not a nice person, he can’t be trusted and he’s not what everyone sees,” one castmate dished. “She wants nothing to do with him.”
The insider went on to explain that Lyndall thinks Josh is “full of BS.” and his “good person” persona is all “an act.”
“She said he’s just as fake and fame-hungry as the rest of them,” they added.

Josh’s TV wife Melissa Sheppard was said to have been “blindsided” by his hook-up with Lyndall. And let’s just say, she wasn’t exactly happy about it.
“Melissa didn’t find out about it until it hit the press,” they revealed. “Everyone else in the cast knew except her. They didn’t know how she would react and didn’t want to upset her.”
The contestant then explained that their co-star Sandy Jawanda “tried to warn” Melissa about Josh’s recent antics.
“Sandy said to Melissa that ‘Josh is a dog’ but she had no idea what she meant. Now she does,” they dished.

According to our insiders, Lyndall had been in contact with Melissa since sharing a kiss with Josh but “not once was it mentioned.”
“Melissa felt betrayed and blindsided by Lyndall, she considered her a friend,” they explained. “She should have given her a heads up at least.”
When they eventually spoke, Lyndall “denied everything” and said it had been “blown out of proportion.”
“Lyndall begged Melissa not to let it affect their friendship and that she was sorry,” the source said. “It was a very amicable phone call and they are all good now.”
She then told Melissa that Josh “isn’t a good person” and she “feels bad” about how she’s been portrayed.
Sources close to Lyndall also tell So Dramatic! that her and Josh only ever shared one kiss, it “didn’t really mean anything” and they were “never dating.”
