Where is The Block 2023 filmed?

The Block 2023 will be taking place in Melbourne’s Hampton East on Charming Street.

Five beautiful classic brick homes were purchased off the market by Channel Nine for approximately $14.3 million. Now that’s a LOT of cash.

Buyers agent and The Block regular Nicole Jacobs previously told realestate.com.au the location would make the season “a lot easier” and Charming Street is a “great street.”

“It’s bringing it back to a neighbourhood format, and it’s going to be a lot easier than Gisborne,” she said.

“While Hampton East is the poor cousin of Hampton, it’s starting to really take off.

“There’s good infrastructure around there with parks, Moorabbin station and a large Woolworths.”

Nicole described the location as a “happy little pocket” with some “lovely established homes”.

“I think it will be more manageable and achievable for buyers to think about buying in that pocket and it will pick up that whole area,” she added.

Who will be judging The Block 2023?
