The Block 2022‘s controversial bidder Adrian Portelli is set to raffle off Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra‘s $4.25 million renovated house from the show.

Dubbed “Mr Lambo” after his arrival to auction day in the sportscar, the 33-year-old snapped up House Three after it failed to sell under the hammer.

Now, Adrian is giving away the luxury Gisborne property — or $3 million “tax free” cash — through the latest raffle via his promotions company LMCT+.

The company is offering four raffle packages, ranging from $20 to $500. If you win, you can choose whether to keep the house or stash the cash.

“This is our biggest ever giveaway and if you do not want the house, you can take $3 million in tax-free cash to build your own dream life for you and your family,” he penned on the raffle’s website.

“This is going to be drawn in just a few weeks, so don’t wait. Grab a package and lock your name into the draw and when Adrian makes that phone call, what are you going to chose [sic]?

“The Block house? Or the $3 million cash alternative?”

The raffle’s second prize is a 2022 Ford Everest Sport. Meanwhile, third place will cop a $5,000 gift card for LMCT+ partners.

The raffle winners will be drawn on January 29 during a Facebook live stream.

Why was Adrian Portelli deemed ‘controversial’ on The Block 2022?

Viewers were first introduced to Adrian as he went head-to-head in a brutal bidding war with Danny Wallis for House Five during the November 6 finale.

The fierce competitors drove the final sale price to record highs, which sparked “dummy bidding” rumours.

Viewers have questioned why Adrian only showed interest in House Five, especially after Blockheads Omar Slaimankhel and Ozman “Oz” Malik described Adrian as “our boy”.

Omar and Oz’s final auction result saw a profit of $1.58 million, with a reserve of $4.08 million, meaning that they sold for more than a whopping $5.66 million.

However, he quickly put “dummy bidding” accusations to rest when he purchased House Three on November 11.
