The Block Australia 2022’s Tom Calleja and Sarah-Jane Wilson have been bestowed the all-powerful opportunity to pick the auction order, and they’re only looking out for themselves!
While the auction order is set to be revealed during the November 6 finale, the controversial Blockheads (who won the Domain Super Power) know how to ensure House One comes out on top.
According to 9Entertainment, Tom and Sarah-Jane plan to make their decision based on the reserve prices and the advice from their real estate agent.
“At the end of the day, it’s a game, and we’ve got to look after ourselves, so we’ll just see what our agents recommend closer to the auction and just run it that way,” Tom said.
He added: “There’s 20 different ways you could do it, and there’s no right or wrong way. It all just comes down to hopefully putting yourself in the best possible position.
“Hopefully, [there will be] a couple of people fighting over your house, so that’s all you can do.”
However, with a huge price guide of up to $4.4 million and a cooling property market, some experts have questioned whether the houses will sell at all.
