The Melbourne-based agent, 34, has been snapped outside The Block‘s properties on Hampton East’s Charming Street alongside judges Shaynna Blaze and Darren Palmer. So if this isn’t a sign that he’s joined the show, then we don’t know what is!

According to the Herald Sun, judge Neale Whitaker is also returning to The Block this year. So who knows? Perhaps Marty will be a fourth judge or a guest judge perhaps?

Who is Marty Fox?

Marty Fox launched WHITEFOX Real Estate back in 2017 and it’s since become a huge success.

The father-of-three describes himself as a “serial property flipper” and a “respected figure of success”. So it’s safe to say that he’s a very influential figure in the property world.

Eagle-eyed fans of the show might recognise the rumoured new judge because he auctioned Harry and Tash Pavlous home in the 2020 season and Ryan and Rachel Carr‘s house in 2022.

Adrian ‘Mr Lambo’ Portelli visits The Block set

Marty isn’t the only face that’s been spotted on Charming Street this season. Adrian ‘Mr Lambo’ Portelli also visited the show’s set on May 25.

The 34-year-old, who famously showed up to auction day last season in a yellow Lamborghini, was spotted outside The Block‘s properties. However, he was in a black Bentley this time, so we’ll be calling him ‘Mr Bentley’ instead now.

According to the Herald Sun, the investor is set to feature in a “top-secret challenge” involving “prospective buyers of properties.” Oooh…

Adrian took to Instagram to confirm his appearance in the upcoming season, sharing that he was ready to “shake things up.”

“I got an invite this year, think they know I’ve got the money to buy a house now so no more dummy bidding,” the controversial bidder said in an Instagram Story.

“Let’s buy a house.”

We can’t wait to see what the new season has in store, and judging by the behind-the-scenes drama, we’re in for a big one…
