The Block Australia 2023 cast have gotten matching tattoos and rumours have been swirling that one of the contestants got an ink of Scott Cam‘s face.
Filming for the latest season of the renovation show wrapped last week and the experience must’ve been unforgettable, as an outlet reported that the contestants decided to get matching tattoos.
Each Blockhead, as well as executive producer Julian Cress, branded themselves with The Block logo. Supposedly, they all went to get these tatts during the last week of filming and we love this for them!
However, rumour has it that one of the contestants decided to get a tattoo of Scott Cam’s face.
Unfortunately, we’ve heard that this isn’t true, but who knows? Perhaps someone will be game enough to do it next season!
Now, this isn’t the first time reality stars have memorialised their 15 minutes with fresh ink, as some of the MAFS brides also got matching tatts this year. So if you’re planning on signing up for a reality show, be prepared to come out of it with a full sleeve!
What else do we know about The Block Australia 2023?
The 19th season of the hit renovation show will be taking place in Melbourne’s Hampton East on Charming Street.
Channel Nine purchased five beautiful classic brick homes for the show and each of them have a retro charm, as this season will be adhering to a fun 1950s theme!
Julian Cress also dished on the new cast, telling TVTonight that they’re “absolutely fantastic,” and we can’t wait!
“One of the hurdles we faced as producers, with this season being on a smaller scale than the last, was that we needed to make it louder in other aspects,” he explained.
“Therefore, we made sure to select very competitive individuals who would fully commit and give us a top-notch competition. They have done precisely that.”
And thank goodness! There’s nothing us reality TV nuts love more than a healthy dose of competition and an unhealthy dose of drama!
