Married at First Sight‘s Harrison Boon and Daniel Holmes will be going head-to-head at the Team Ellis Pretender to Contender ‘celebrity’ boxing match and we use that term very loosely.
The reality TV villains, who are headlining the cringe-AF event, will be battling it out in the ring at the Melbourne Pavillion on August 19.
And you might wanna grab yourself a front-row ticket for this one because the former TV grooms have promised fans an “unforgettable fight“. TBC whether they can walk the talk…
For the alleged builder, 32, this will be his first time in the ring. However, even if he doesn’t physically perform well on the night, we have a feeling he’ll be able to gaslight his way to the top somehow.
It’s going to be a tough one for ol’ mate Harrison to win, considering it won’t be Daniel’s first rodeo. The fitness coach defeated MAFS sweetheart Brent Vitiello in last year’s chaotic AF match after months of beefing IRL.
So if we were Harrison, we’d be kinda terrified because Daniel plays dirty… Bring on his pre-fight campaign against Harrison. Now that’s a show we want a front-row ticket to!
On May 28, Daniel, 32, said that he was feeling quite confident about his upcoming fight.
“I’m feeling good. Feeling mean,” he revealed.
“It’s a bit more personal than my fight with Brent.” Oooft. Sounds like he’s taking this playfight a bit too seriously…
Who else is competing in the Team Ellis boxing match?
Also taking to the ring for the second time, MAFS Jackson Lonie will be squaring up against AFL player Bassirou Faye.
And to show the amateurs how it’s really done, professional boxers Jayden Riddle and Mitch Leek will go head-to-head in an explosive match.
