Farmer Matt and Olivia rode off into the sunset during the Farmer Wants A Wife finale and their relationship has been travelling along nicely ever since.

However, Matt revealed at the reunion that he threw his final pick a curveball after filming by taking a job in Canberra — meaning Olivia wouldn’t be moving to the farm as planned.

Matt has already moved and Olivia isn’t far behind. She plans to finish her studies in Wollongong, and in a couple of months, will pack up and follow him there.

“I don’t like spending time away from Matt,” she admitted.

“The more I get to know Matt on a deeper level, it’s easy to fall in love with him as a whole.”

Matt also gifted Olivia a special “piece of jewellery”, which was a sunflower pendant necklace. However, Sam was hoping for a ring instead and same girl, same.

“It’s a bit of an in-between,” he explained, adding that it’s halfway towards an engagement ring. “I thought it quite was fitting to give Olivia something at the finish of this whole experience.”

“I feel very lucky,” Olivia said of her relationship with Matt. Awww!

Farmer Andrew and Claire

Farmer Andrew and Claire have gone from strength to strength since departing Farmer Wants A Wife prematurely.

After filming, Claire stayed on the farm in NarromineNSW and met his family in Yass and Brisbane. She then went back to Tasmania, where Andrew met her family.

She’s now about to move to the farm. However, their relationship recently “hit a bit of a snag” after Claire sustained a serious injury during an outing with friends.

“She was out horse riding with some friends and it resulted in her being airlifted to hospital,” Andrew explained during the episode.

“She’s okay, she’s recovering.”

Claire was seen using crutches during the episode with a bandage around her shin,

Andrew said the accident “cemented those feelings” he had for Claire.

“Sometimes it might take that sort of thing to happen to make you realise, I am in love with Claire,” he admitted.

Speaking about her relationship with Andrew during the episode, Claire shared: “The way that he makes me feel is like I’ve never felt before.

“There’s nothing I don’t love about you.”

“I couldn’t be happier. You’re my favourite person and that’s exactly what I was looking for,” she continued.

Andrew replied: “Yeah, I feel the same.”

Be still our beating hearts!

Farmer David and Emily

Things have also been going swell for Farmer David and his final choice Emily since the cameras stopped rolling.

David explained that in the past, he has “fallen in love hard”. However, this time with Emily, it was “the opposite”, describing their romance as a “slow burn”.

During the Farmer Wants A Wife 2023 reunion, David revealed that Emily first caught his attention during the group date.

“I guess going into the first double date it was a pretty nerve-wracking moment for both of us. But seeing her interact with the kids at the school was absolutely incredible.

“I think that’s definitely one of those real qualities in Emily that I saw and caught my attention.”

David also made a candid confession about his relationship with runner-up Lorelei, revealing that breaking up with her was the “hardest moment of this whole experiment”.

“Lorelei and I had formed a really amazing relationship and to have to put her through that pain at the end, that was a very challenging situation.”

Just weeks after filming, Emily also made the move to David’s farm and has since found jobs in nearby Stanthorpe as a dance teacher and school teacher’s aide

“The house is a much happier, a more energy place around the farm at the moment. If it only gets better from here, we have a pretty exciting future coming up,” David said.

Farmer Brenton and Sophie

Sophie had Farmer Brenton’s heart from the start, but have they been able to make things work in the real world? As it turns out, yes!

Since filming on Farmer Wants A Wife wrapped, the couple drove to Sophie’s hometown in Brisbane where they packed as much of her life as they could into the car, before road-tripping back to Farmer Brenton’s farm in Darriman, Victoria.

Now the lovebirds are living together, and they couldn’t be happier.

“It just feels so right, and so natural,” Sophie said. “Coming on Farmer Wants a Wife was the best thing… I couldn’t imagine life without him.”

“As soon as I got back at the farm with him, I wanted it to be us forever,” she admitted during the reunion.

“I really could see something with him. My heart was set on him from the get-go.”

“We haven’t spent a day apart,” Brenton added. “It’s been great… it’s nice to be in love.”

When asked what was next, Brenton revealed he hopes for “marriage one day, and kids.” We love these two!

Farmer Brad and Clare

Status: Together!

One of this season’s strongest pairings, Farmer Brad and Clare revealed during the reunion that they are very much still together.

However, the couple have been doing long-distance since filming wrapped but said things have been going well.

In fact, Clare is currently making plans to move to Cootamundra to be with Brad.

“We know what each other’s thinking, I feel we’re on the same page. She’s off the land, she’s got a love of horses and dogs and cattle and knows what that’s all about. To me they’re massive things,” he said.

“It’s definitely challenging. Clare would move tomorrow, but I’m a bit slower, I want to make sure we’re feeling very strong about each other, and everything is right and comfortable for that move to happen,” he explained.

Not only that, but Clare will be bringing her many horses and dogs along for the move with her.

“I want to be married and I want kids, and to do that with Clare feels right,” Farmer Brad said. “It’s crazy to think that this experience has worked… if she’s not annoying me too much, I might go ring shopping. It’s very exciting.”

Aww, we love a fairytale ending!
