We know which lady Farmer Brenton chooses in the Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2023 Finale and we’re super excited for them as they make a great couple.
As revealed in episode 281 of the So Dramatic! podcast, the sixth-generation cattle farmer knew who he was going to choose from the very beginning and the other girls weren’t too happy about it.

“It was obvious to everyone pretty early on that he only had eyes for Sophie,” one source dished.
“He was never interested in the rest of them and really favoured Sophie the entire time.”
According to our source, the other women “got the sh*ts” with the 26-year-old, leading Frankie to leave the farm early. Ouch.
However, this tea is hardly surprising, as according to Sportsbet, the 25-year-old’s odds are at $1.17, making her the clear front-runner out of all the girls on the show.
Farmer Matt, Farmer David and Farmer Andrew also ended up with fan favourites, so it seems like the betting agent got it right again this year!
Brenton and Sophie had an instant connection
When Brenton picked Sophie for the first 24-hour date, it was clear that the pair had an instant connection.
During their romantic candlelit dinner, Brenton confessed that he had his sights set on Sophie from the moment he saw her application.
“I was always going to pick you for the 24-hour [date],” he told her.
The pair then shared a passionate kiss, and sparks were flying for Sophie, who admitted that she could see herself “falling in love”.
“I want it to be real and not get too ahead of myself, but I feel like it’s happening,” she confessed to the cameras.
The feelings were mutual for Brenton, who admitted that he had the “feels”. Aww.
As the season progressed, the connection between the two kept growing stronger and stronger. The other ladies felt threatened by Sophie because let’s face it, her connection with Brenton was much deeper than theirs.
In a full circle moment, Sophie was picked for the final 24-hour date.
Tensions rose when Brenton admitted that he didn’t share Sophie’s desire to travel the world, but it seems like the pair worked out their differences in the end, because they’ve ended up together!
