The Block 2022’s Dylan Adams and Jenny Heath are selling their dream home on the Gold Coast at auction.
You’d think the couple wouldn’t have recovered from their last disaster auction but seems like they’re rearing to go again.
Aptly named The Palm House thanks to its location at 100 Palm Beach Avenue in Palm Beach, construction on the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home began before the newlyweds joined The Block.
The tradie couple finished renovating the property in December and celebrated the milestone by sharing a few snaps on Instagram, as well as many progress shots along the way.

The luxurious abode is located just 700 metres from the beach and will be auctioned off on April 29. Let’s hope second time’s a charm for them!
There’s no price guide on the listing but Domain data reveals the median price for a five-bedroom home in Palm Beach is $1.913 million.

The light and airy property features high ceilings, a kitchen pulled straight from the pages of a magazine and a pool!
Dylan and Jenny finally sell their Block home
Dylan and Jenny were fan favourites on The Block’s 2022 but their Macedon Ranges home on the show got passed in at auction.
But on February 14, 9Now announced the final Block home had been purchased through a private treaty.

A Channel Nine spokesperson confirmed the home went to a family “in what is a positive outcome for everyone”.
How much the home was sold for has not been made public due to it being a private sale.

During the now infamous auction, which saw two houses fail to sell, House Four had a reserve price of $4.08 million.
TCC Real Estate agent Kirrily Evans told NCA NewsWire the house sold to a “lovely family” on February 13 after falling in love with the property.
“They fell in love the minute they walked through,” she said.
How did the rest of The Block homes go at auction?
Last year’s auction day on The Block saw Omar Slaimankhel and Ozman ‘Oz’ Abu Malik net a record-breaking $1.6 million profit.
Tom Calleja and Sarah-Jane Wilson barely made it over reserve taking home just $20,000 in profit, and Rachel and Ryan Carr passed their house in to negotiate a profit of just under $170,000.
Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra from House 3 were also passed in but was thankfully later purchased by accused “dummy bidder” Adrian Portelli for his promotions business before it was given away to Ballarat couple Kevin and Andrea in a LMCT+ raffle.
