The Block 2022‘s Dylan Adams and Jenny Heath have completed renovations on their Gold Coast home, despite their Block house still remaining on the market.
Taking to Instagram, the tradie couple made the exciting announcement by sharing a gallery of reno snaps.
“Couldn’t be happier to stand here and look at how far we’ve come with this build,” Jenny and Dylan wrote on Instagram.
They also hinted that another reno may be on the cards for them soon.
“We can’t wait for our next project, to do it all again,” they wrote, adding: “The pool is ready just in time for summer. How good.”
The stunning Palm Beach property, which they purchased in February 2021, features five bedrooms and three bathrooms with open-plan living areas that are enough to make any real estate fanatic swoon!
Other highlights of the resort-style home include skylights, an envious outdoor entertaining area and a brand new swimming pool — A.K.A. a MUST for the hot Queensland summers.
The Block’s Dylan and Jenny Recently Moved Into Their New Gold Coast Home
Taking to Instagram on November 15, Dylan and Jenny shared with fans that they’ve finally moved into what was once a “little blue beach shack”.
“Today we moved into our dream home on the Gold Coast!” the engaged tradie couple penned. “We started this project a year ago; literally just the two of us built it together.
“Halfway through our build, we found out that we had been accepted on #TheBlock 2022! [sic]”.
Describing the experience as a whirlwind, they expressed that they’re “so proud” of themselves for “building two outstanding homes in one year”.
“That’s insane.”

Ahead of their move-in date, the beloved Blockheads shared insight into their home’s building process via their construction company Smooth Sailing Designs’ Instagram page.
Meanwhile, an artist’s impression of Dylan and Jenny’s home gave fans an insight into what the finished build would look like.
While on a high from their massive feat in making over their personal home, Dylan and Jenny are still yet to sell their epic The Block property.
House Four was sadly passed in after failing to reach surpass its reserve price of $4,080,000 on auction day.
It is the only house from The Block 2022 that is yet to be sold.
The pair have had one hell of a year, that’s for sure!
