The Block Australis 2022’s Jenny Heath and Dylan Adams have given an update on their Gisborne home after it failed to sell at auction.

ICYMI: The highest bid the couple received during the November 6 finale was $4,075,000, which was just below the reserve price of $4,080,000.

This meant that it was passed in, and their five-bedroom, three-bathroom home was returned to the market.

#TheBlock was a great opportunity for us, even though it wasn’t the outcome we hoped for.
Our beautiful Block home is still on the market, fingers crossed it gets snapped up soon 🤞🏻🤍”

Dylan and Jenny’s Auctioneer Believes their House Will Sell for Over $4.3 Million

During an interview with Ryan “Fitzy” Fitzgerald and Michael “Wippa” Wipfli on NOVA969’s Fitzy and Wippa, The Block auctioneer Damien Cooley said that the pair could fetch a whopping $4.3 – $4.8 million for the property.

“They will go into negotiations now, and I’m assuming, most likely, will have an asking price of a number that’s well above what the publicised reserve was,” he said during the November 7 broadcast.

This season of The Block marked the first time since 2011 that THREE homes failed to sell.

However, for the winning team — Omar Slaimankhel and Oz Malik — their home broke the record for the biggest sale in Block history after selling for $5,666,666; however, it came with a sh*t load of controversies.
