Australian Survivor 2022‘s Sophie Cachia debuted a potential new love interest last week, and the photo which was shared to Instagram was LIKED by none other than her ex-fiancée Maddie Garrick.
The 30-year-old influencer and businesswoman attended the Richmond AFL ‘Best and Fairest’ Awards on December 2, as a plus-one for Richmond WAFL player Harriet Cordner.
The pair posed up a storm together on the red carpet, with the loved-up snaps sending fans into a frenzy that the blonde footballer must be Sophie’s new girlfriend.
And given that the pair were heavily flirting in their accompanying posts on social media – even kissing at one point – who could blame them?
The athlete shared a gallery of photos from the event of the pair cuddling up on the red carpet. She captioned the post: “My ride or die,” with a red love heart.
The pyjama entrepreneur shared similar pics on her page, including one where she was kissing Harriet, and wrote: “The Helen to my Sharon. You can be my full back any day, baby” with a love heart eyes emoji.
Harriet left a comment underneath the post, writing “My girl.”
Adding more fuel to the fire, the pair also wore matching blue outfits to the event.
But the biggest plot twist came when Sophie’s ex-fiancée and basketball player Maddie, whom she split from a few weeks ago, LIKED Harriet’s gallery of loved-up photos with Sophie.
A few hours later, Maddie then UNLIKED the photo and WTAF is going on!?!

It seems like the mother-of-two is one busy lady, as she recently let slip that she may have another woman in her life.
The tidbit came up during the November 28 broadcast of 2Day FM’s Hughesy, Ed & Erin, in which the hosts discussed Real Housewives of D.C‘s Catherine Ommanney‘s 2006 fling with a then-21-year-old Prince Harry.
“We’ve had a lot of women ringing and saying younger men are the way to go,” Dave “Hughesy” Hughes said.
However, Erin Molan found a “real issue with this line” of conversation that Hughesy was “taking”.
Noting that she’d just received a message from Sophie during the segment, the radio host said the Survivor competitor had a lot of thoughts.
Reading the message, Erin said Sophie penned: “Feel free to tell Hughesy from me that it’s not just the young men.
“Don’t forget about those pocket rocket 21-year-old girls making us 32-year-olds feel like queens.” Mic drop!
The busy reality star also recently met up with her ex-girlfriend Alanna Kennedy and was spotted on dating app Hinge. How does she find the time?
Sophie announced her break up from Maddie in October, with sources telling So Dramatic! that the athlete was unfaithful.
