Umm… it looks as though Australian Survivor’s Sophie Cachia has reunited with ex Alanna Kennedy just weeks after her split from Maddie Garrick.
As reported in episode 230 of the So Dramatic! podcast, the former pair were spotted over the weekend at AAMI park during a Matildas soccer game.
According to a very sneaky spy, Sophie was sitting in the coveted “family section”. Even though Alanna is a star player, she was not on the field, however, was with the team.
“[I] think they could be back on,” So Dramatic! super-sleuth said. “Alanna went over to talk to her at the end of the game.”
According to the onlooker, Sophie was wearing green in support of the team, however, looked “sour all day” while accompanied by her personal assistant, Caitlin Pilatti.
While we don’t know for sure if they’re back on (again), there’s really no other way Sophie could be sitting in the stand with the rest of the player’s fam bams!
The So Dramatic! Spy Revealed How Long Sophie Cachia and Alanna Kennedy Spoke For
After host Megan Pustetto asked the A+ member of the Drama Army how long the former couple spoke for, they said: “Not that long.”
“Alanna came over to the sideline and waved to her parents, who were up the back and then seemed to be organising to catch up with Sophie and her friend after the game.
“But it was in amongst the crowd, and a little girl fell, and Alanna had to get someone to help her.”
Sophie previously dated Alana in 2020, just months after her split from her husband, Jarryd Cachia.
During their rocky relationship, Sophie also formed a connection with professional basketball player Maddie.
Whenever Alanna broke things off with Sophie, she would run to Maddie; however whenever she and Alanna would reconcile, Sophie would promptly dump Maddie.
Sophie and Alanna dated until their relationship fizzled out, and then Sophie returned to Maddie, and the pair became engaged in March 2022 before breaking up in October 2022.
Sophie Cachia Described her Relationship with Alanna Kennedy as “Toxic”
During an interview with Mia Freedman on her No Filter podcast in May, Sophie described her relationship with Alanna as “toxic”.
“I don’t like to use the word ‘toxic’, but our relationship at times showed signs of that for sure, which we both contributed to,” she said. “Situations I continually put myself in was [someone] that I don’t even know now, and I’d never known before.”
She then admitted that her ex was an “incredibly strong woman” and found herself “cowering down to someone all the time… willingly”.
“And that’s what I was attracted to. Because it was such a different relationship dynamic for me. I’d never known anything like that. So I thought, ‘Oh, this feels different. I’m gonna go with this.’”
