A number of Married at First Sight Australia 2023 stars have stuck up for Claire Nomarhas amid suspicions she and Melinda Willis are feuding after a frosty encounter at the Logies.

At TV’s night of nights on July 30, Claire told Punkee that she was getting “weird vibes” from Melinda, who later shared a clip from the interview and called Claire out for “bull[ying]” on Instagram.

Several participants have since spilled what went down, with very clear battle lines being drawn as to who’s in the right and who’s in the wrong.

Now, Lyndall Grace, Evelyn Ellis and Sandy Jawanda have weighed in on TikTok under the clip of Claire sh*t-talking Melinda.

“Claire is an incredible friend who sticks up for what’s right, no matter your edit,” Lyndall wrote in the comment section after several people described her behaviour as “mean girl vibes”.

In a subsequent comment, she penned: “Sounds exactly like this comment section is piling on Claire actually!”

“For someone with her platform to disparage another woman like that is disappointing and the fact you can’t see that says a lot about you,” one user replied.

“Jumping at Claire’s through en mass[e] is also disappointing from a comment section talking about supporting women,” Lyndall hit back.

“When that is all I’ve done here.”

What else have Married at First Sight participants said in defence of Claire Nomarhas?

Sandy, who has been close friends with Claire since day dot, defended her pal’s Logies comments.

“Claire was asked a very pointed question by the interviewer, ‘I sense some drama, what is going on?'” she recalled.

“She answered with the truth. No drama.”

Meanwhile, Evelyn — who reportedly has her own beef with Melinda (and Tahnee Cook) — said Claire is a “confident [woman] that empowers constantly”.

However, another TikToker cheekily pointed out that she was doing anything but in the video.

“I love how she’s empowering Melinda in this interview,” they wrote.

Another responded: “Love you girly but publicly ganging up on Melinda is nasty and you should all be ashamed.

“No wonder she didn’t say hi! You all excluded her lol.”

Evelyn soon hit back, intimating that there is more to the story.

“Y’all have no idea,” she wrote.
