Fans tuning into I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here Australia 2023 were enraged when Kerri-Anne Kennerley refused to take part in a challenge.

During the episode on April 5, the Logie-winner turned her nose up at a task where she would be required to dig through poo and other unmentionables in exploding, festival-level-filthy portaloos.

“No, I am not getting sprayed with sewage and maggots and lice. No. I’d rather play golf,” Kerri-Anne told hosts Dr Chris Brown and Julia Morris.

This left Below Deck‘s Aesha Scott to compete solo. TBH the challenge really suited Aesha because she’s weirdly into poo.

The move didn’t do much to bolster Kerri-Anne’s already sullied and “entitled” reputation on the show after cementing her diva status for bringing makeup into the jungle.

Kerri-Anne asked if she could watch Aesha tackle the challenge – like a Roman aristocrat taking joy in seeing their subjects thrown to the lions – but she was sent back to camp to face her fellow campmates.

“Now that you have said ‘I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here’ you’ll head back to camp and Aesha will play the entire trial by herself,” Chris said.  

“The rules do state if you don’t take part in the trial you head back to camp,” Julia said. 

The 69-year-old flashed a beaming grin and blew kisses to the hosts as she made her exit.

Tennis star Bernard Tomic became the first celeb to withdraw from I’m A Celebrity after just four days in the jungle.

Known for spitting the dummy, like the time he pulled out of a tennis match because of “unbearable” 27C heat, he took the proverbial crown in season four as the worst campmate to date.

But it seems Kerri-Anne is vying for that crown.

We think Kerri-Anne will be gone by the end of the week.
