Television royalty Kerri-Anne Kennerley has entered the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia 2023 jungle and it’s a far cry from her glamorous life.
The Logie Hall of Famer joined the cast of celebrities vying for $100,000 in prize money, on April 3.
And she was immediately thrown into the literal deep end: a tank of snakes. Talk about a welcome to the jungle!
The 69-year-old shrieked, screamed and shook uncontrollably as the tank of snakes rapidly filled up with water and some of them crawled very close to her face.
But fans lapped it up and reckon the snake pit is fair play.

It’s no secret Kerri-Anne is a massive get for the Ten Network but fans soon grew tired of the producers “milking” her presence.
But it doesn’t look like it’s paid off because viewers are already over Kerri-Anne.
At least her screaming with horror makes up for it!

This isn’t Survivor so the celebrity contestants do get a few creature comforts during their stint in the jungle. Toothpaste, toothbrush, and even toilet paper.
But Kerri-Anne managed to weasel a few more luxury goods during her contract negotiations.
Speaking to Woman’s Day she revealed she wouldn’t go on the show without makeup.
“Look I’m not going in without makeup and my skincare. I wear 50+ sunscreen and I want a little blush or a little lippie,” she dished.
“Nothing over the top. I’m not going to go unnatural.”
But fans have called out her “diva” antics on Twitter.
