Harrison Boon has revealed his theory about why he and Bronte Schofield were culled from Married At First Sight Australia 2023’s Reunion episodes.

Their ill-fated match went down as one of the worst in MAFS history, and fans were keen to see the reality TV couple relive it all in a final couch session with the experts.

However, when the final two MAFS episodes aired, Harrison and Bronte’s scenes were completely cut.

Multiple insiders have already dished to So Dramatic! on what they think happened and when you pair it with Harrison’s version of events, you get a pretty juicy picture of what really went down.

Harrison Boon explains why he thinks his scenes were cut from the Married At First Sight Reunion

Taking to one of the MAFS Facebook fan groups, Harrison took the opportunity to air every single grievance and all the times Bronte was at fault as context behind getting cut from the Reunion.

“My theory as to why we were cut from last night’s reunion,” Harrison began.

“All through the experiment, Bronte has lied and gaslit me.” Sure, Jan.

Harrison claims Bronte lied about moving to Sydney to be with him and apparently wasn’t upset at all about his “20-year-old on the outside”, Abby Miller.

We do know Harrison likes to get the last word whether he’s right or wrong.

“I called Bronte out for all of this at the final Dinner Party, she admitted in front of the entire table,” Harrison continued.

“I think that combining the leaked messages, the lack of evidence, and the fact the network doesn’t want to give this any more airtime is the reason they axed our couch session.” So pretty much, it’s all Bronte’s fault as usual. Righto.

What went down between Harrison and Bronte in the culled couch session

In the message Harrison goes on to say Bronte and her sister, Kirra, attacking his character during Home Stays week “was the reason why we split”.

Then the pair were shown a “highly edited 5-10 minute clip of all our fights and ultimately our breakup.”

This checks out because sources told So Dramatic! Harrison and Bronte were “just bickering the whole time” they were on the couch.

“I then said there was definitely behaviours I wasn’t proud of, I took ownership of my behaviour [sic],” he said. And lol what a shame we didn’t get to see this.

So now that Harrison thinks he’s repaid his dues to society, he promptly returns to womanising.

“[John Aitken] asked me if I was dating again to which I replied yes,” Harrison boasted in his message.

“He asked how many girls and I just said ‘John, c’mon’ and gave him a wink”. Gross.

According to Harrison John also said, “Sometimes relationships just don’t work out”.

Again, this corroborates what we already know.

However, Harrison conveniently left out the part that had “the experts laughing at him”.

A source dished to So Dramatic! that Harrison’s countless lies, including claims Kirra “yelled” at him, were debunked by footage from the experiment.

Channel Nine breaks their silence on cutting Harrison Boon and Bronte Schofield from the MAFS finale

After reaching out to Channel Nine, a spokesperson told So Dramatic! their focus for the Reunion was on couples who had “more story to explore”.

“With all participants returning, unfortunately, we just didn’t have the time to feature everyone in the episode,” they said.

There’s also a possibility it was just easier to cull Harrison altogether and tbh, we don’t blame them because he’s had more than enough airtime this season.

Harrison also allegedly “threatened Channel Nine with legal action” on the night the Reunion was filmed.

He felt “it wasn’t an accurate representation of him or what had happened and tried to get his edit redone,” our source dished.

“[He] told them if they air the scenes from the reunion, he will sue them for defamation of character,” the insider claimed. “They must not have wanted the headache, so they just cut him out altogether.”

Sounds about right…
