The Bachelors Australia 2023‘s Jed McIntosh has confirmed that he isn’t still together with Alesia Delaney, but hints that their relationship may evolve in the future.
During a Valentine’s Day Instagram Q&A, the 26-year-old drummer explained that she was still the “number one woman” in his life, despite their split.
“Alesia and I are, even though we’re not currently in a relationship, we are still continuing to grow together,” Jed said.
He continued: “I think its something so foreign to each of us and anyone through the ins and outs of meeting on the show and having a gap between it airing and not being able to see each other.
“We’re sort of learning as we go. But no matter what the title is, she is still the number one woman in my life and I consider myself the luckiest man on earth.”
In several other Insta Stories, Jed shared snaps and “unseen” videos of the Bachie pair kissing and yep, we’re officially confused!
Jed attempted to clear up the mass confusion, adding that he received “about 300” questions about his relationship with Alesia, platonic or otherwise.
“We’re good. For us, we’re just continuing to grow with each other and its never been bad…Things always change and it ebbs and flow,” he said. Why is this giving us ‘conscious conversations‘ energy?!
Jed continued: “No matter the title of what we are, we are always just moving at our own pace. We don’t want to feel pressured by anything. We’re taking it day-by-day.”

In an interview on 2DayFM’s Hughesy, Ed & Erin on January 30, Alesia explained that she and Jed were starting their romance “from scratch” again,
However Alesia admitted that she’s “kissed a few people” in recent months, but always kept Jed “straight up” in the know.
During the interview, the musician didn’t seem fazed by the admission, explaining: “That’s okay, given the context, I think we’ve done quite well if that’s all it is, to be honest.”
