The Bachelors Australia 2023 producers offered contestants $5,000 in hush money, as long as they didn’t breach their contracts.
As reported in episode 245 of the So Dramatic! podcast, it comes after past Bachie alum flocked to host Megan Pustetto‘s DMs to share rogue secrets about the behind-the-scenes drama. Whoops!
But not even the promise of a giant wad of cash could stop the 2023 cast from spilling the tea, with contracts being breached before the season even premiered.
“One girl has already lost her bonus and there’re a few other girls who are already possibly going to lose theirs and the show hasn’t even started airing,” a contestant exclusively dished.
They continued: “We all got a massive email from the head producer a few weeks ago, saying there has been a contract breach and someone has leaked stuff to the media.”
The contestant alleged that the producers “threatened” every contestant with losing their $5,000 ~bonus~ because of one girl’s tea spilling. Uhm, rude!

Another girl was busted for breaching her contract by telling a friend about her experience.
An insider revealed to So Dramatic! that “one of the contestants was overheard in a Melbourne cafe talking about her Bachelors experience.
“It somehow got back to producers and she got into massive sh*t. None of us think she will get her bonus because of that one incident. They are so strict.”
Another contestant who lost their $5,000 bonus before the show even aired was Jessica Tomlinson following her unauthorised appearance on Married at First Sight Australia. Yep, that’ll do it!
