Real estate agent Sean Parker for The Block Australia 2022’s Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra gave the world’s most average review of the house he’s meant to be selling and it might hurt less if you actually just insulted them.
Speaking to The Block co-host Shelley Craft, the unenthused realtor offered up House Three’s biggest selling points, which included “people want function…” and “they did an OK job”. Ooft.
“It’s a house you need to see,” Sean said on the show’s official podcast.
He insisted the house wasn’t cursed with Sharon and Ankur’s perpetual bad luck from their time on The Block.
“If you watched the show, you probably wouldn’t want to come to House Three… But people who do make it up are quite impressed. I’ve had comments saying it’s the winning house,” he said.

When asked about the property’s unique selling point, Sean confirmed it once and for all – it certainly is a house.
“I think they’ve done an OK job there. People want function – people want to be able to ‘zone’,” Sean said.
He continued: “I think those old houses need to be brought kicking and screaming into the current era, which this has.”
Hmmm, not exactly the relaxing imagery we were expecting… We’ll see if it pays off on auction day.
