Fans were left “disappointed” while watching The Masked Singer Australia 2022 filler episode on August 25, with many people taking to Twitter for a healthy dose of trolling to cure their boredom.
The show, which many said “wasted their time”, came after two rounds of semi-finals, with viewers admitting that they confused the mid-week episode with the finale.
But alas, they were instead subjected to an entire episode of recaps and “special CCTV footage” for the main masks and 90210‘s Tori Spelling taking to the stage as Poodle.
Hilariously, The Masked Singer Australia judge Abbie Chatfield immediately guessed the blonde nepotism baby; however, Mel “B” Brown claimed she “couldn’t sing”.
Seems like fans were torn about whether Poodle proved otherwise!
Fans Roasted Host Osher Günsberg For Calling Poodle the Biggest Celeb The Masked Singer Australia Has Ever Had
There’s no denying that Tori is an iconic Hollywood name, but many fans quickly trolled The Masked Singer Australia host Osher Günsberg after he hyped up her fame a lil’ too much.
“This mask is without a doubt a superstar,” Osher said, later adding: “Poodle is so famous she could be here for one night only.”
The real kicker was Osher (and later the judges) claiming that the show had “never had a celeb as big as this”, especially after former Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams was unmasked the night before.
Okay, we’ve had a big brain moment – now we want to see Tori singing Strawberry Kisses.
