Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Ollie Skelton has revealed the messages 2024 bride Sara Mesa sent him during filming back in July 2023.
ICYMI: Tahnee Cook revealed that Sara had been messaging Ollie during the experiment and “wasn’t saying the nicest things” about her hubby Tim Calwell. Ouch.
During the March 14 episode of his MAFSCAPS podcast series, Ollie explained that he was merely giving Sara advice, before reading out their private Instagram DMs.

Sara initially reached out to the former groom when she was on her honeymoon, writing: “For me, it started great at the wedding.
“We have so much in common. We both got excited and went into it full-on. And now it’s just super intense, and it’s only day five.”
Ollie responded: “But it’s not day five, it’s week five because time is not relative. You’d never spend 100 hours with your new date.”
He then told the current bride not to “fake anything” because fans are “really intuitive and will be able to tell”.
Sara then expressed that it was difficult for her to let someone into her space, as she hadn’t been in a relationship in six years, and she was struggling with Tim’s constant affection.
And we’re not going to lie—this doesn’t sound as bad as it was made out to be.

Ollie then revealed that 2023 intruder Rupert Budgen, who was with him while he was giving Sara advice, offered some tips of his own in the form of a voice message.
“Get out of the house and don’t spend any time with [Tim]… unless you’re filming,” Rupert could be heard saying.
Ollie then hinted that Sara probably took this advice too literally because she cancelled on several of Tim’s dates.
“I just want to put the entire blame on Rupert for everything,” Ollie laughed. “It has to be Rupert’s fault.” LOL!
Ollie then revealed if he was physically attracted to Sara.
“Yeah, who wouldn’t be?” the voice-over artist responded after revealing that he’d never date anyone from the MAFS universe again. And sure, Jan!
