As such, it’s been revealed that the 2024 experiment will see the return of a same-sex couple, as well as a “freshening up” of “repetitive” storylines.

Maddy Jevic

According to reports, Home and Away star Maddy Jevic will be entering the marriage experiment as an intruder.

Whilst best known for playing Amber Simmons on the iconic soap, she’s also appeared in Wentworth, Upper Middle Bogan and Offspring.

However, rumours have been swirling that cast members were a lil’ suss about the intruder bride.

An insider dished that people were convinced she was a producer plant after she told her co-stars she was a psychic rather than an actress. Interesting…

Jade Pywell

Also joining the show as an intruder is Gold Coast-based model Jade Pywell, who’s set to marry seasoned reality star Ridge Barredo.

And it seems she’s already in with the reality crowd, as according to reports, she was snapped at The Candy Shop Mansion event on January 26, which was also attended by MAFS 2022‘s Tamara Djordjevic and Samantha Moitzi.

An insider told an outlet that the mother-of-one is a “very fun, down to earth kinda girl who isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty.”

It’s also been said that she’ll be the “next Jessika Power so we know she’ll bring the heat!

Ash Galanti

As reported by Yahoo! Lifestyle, Melbourne-based groom Ash Galanti is another intruder set to rock the marriage experiment.

According to his LinkedIn profile, the upcoming reality star is a customer development manager “specialising in the sales of bird control works”.

He’s set to marry actress Maddy Jevic. We’ve peeped some leaked snaps of the pair saying “I Do” and we gotta say, they look like a HOT couple!

Mike Felix

According to an outlet, Mike Felix will also be joining the upcoming season of the marriage experiment.

Mike was part of the show’s original same-sex couple before his groom Simon Flocco quit at the last minute.

The Tesla sales advisor will be appearing as one of the six intruders this season.

Sources close to Mike say he’s on the “hunt for The One” after being “scared” of dating apps. He’s also been described as “funny” and “charming”, and we have a feeling we’ll love him!

Ridge Barredo

According to his Instagram, which is currently set to private, he also offers online coaching. 

Tim Smith

Joining the lineup of MAFS 2024 grooms is Melbourne real estate agent Tim Smith.

According to those close to him, he’s in desperate need of the experts’ help! Aren’t they all?!

Move over Jesse Burford, there’s a new wedding celebrant hoping to find love on MAFS!

NSW’s Lucinda Light has been spotted on set for the 11th season, and with a background in theatrical arts, she’s sure to bring the drama!

A trailer shared at the annual Nine Upfronts event revealed Lucinda is looking for “somebody who is quite intelligent”.

“I do not want a bogan. If it’s the right person it would have to be so on point that we would be making love with existence.” Hear, hear!

A source told the outlet that producers were casting older stars as they didn’t want “another cast full of young wannabe influencers” and we’re diggin’ the diversity!

The new groom is a motivational speaker and advertising expert known as “The Brand Guy“.

He’s also published a book called Are You Living Your Résumé or Your Eulogy?.

Andrea Thompson

In her website bio, the bride-to-be describes herself as a “super happy creative person” and a dog lover, so it sounds like she’ll be wholesome AF!

She’s also part of the Australian Institute of Professional Photographers and boasts over 25 years of experience in the industry. Impressive, huh?

Eden Harper

Recruitment consultant Eden Harper is on lock for the upcoming season of Married at First Sight.

The Gold Coast bombshell is also considered a micro-influencer, boasting an impressive 11,800 followers on Instagram.

Outlets have reported she was approached to apply for the show via social media and eventually agreed after a number of weeks of convincing.

Jack Dunkley

As if MAFS 2022‘s Mitch Eynaud wasn’t enough, producers have reportedly enlisted his brother Jayden to walk down the aisle in 2024.

According to the Daily Mail, the professional kickboxer is pretty stoked about taking on the marriage experiment. And apparently, he’s already filmed his backstory at his local gym on the Gold Coast.

Sadly, this means Mitch will probably return to our screens for his bro’s wedding. But as the old saying goes: It is what it is!

Lauren Dunn

Outlets have reported that former AFL WAG Lauren Dunn is donning a white dress as part of the new season.

The bride-to-be — who recently dated Essendon AFL player Ryan Crowley — owns her own PR and marketing consultancy called LCD Consulting.

She also runs an Instagram account called “So Cooked”, where she shares her foodie adventures.

Ben Walters

So Dramatic! exclusively revealed that 40-year-old Ben Walters was in talks with producers after being dumped from the next season of The Bachelors.

Then, he was spotted filming for MAFS 2024 in July, confirming his involvement in the 11th season.

The Newcastle-based tour director is reportedly “desperate for his 15 mins of fame”, and duh — he’s already friends with past MAFS bride Lizzie Sobinoff!
