The new co-host of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia has been revealed and we couldn’t be happier with their choice.

Earlier this year, it was announced that Dr Chris Brown, who’d been hosting the series since 2015, was moving to Channel 7, where he’d be fronting the new show Dream Home.

According to TV Blackbox, wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin, the son of the late Steve Irwin, will host the show alongside Julia Morris. And this makes total sense, as I’m A Celebrity is set in the wild!

However, upon contacting Network Ten about this tea, a spokesperson said: “Any announcements regarding our program schedule for 2024 will be made at our intimate Upfronts presentations.” But they also didn’t deny it!

Now, this isn’t the 19-year-old’s first rodeo on TV, as he also filled in for Sam Mac as the Sunrise weatherman and absolutely killed it!

Who was in the running to co-host I’m A Celebrity?

Comedian Celeste Barber, former I’m a Celeb contestant Peter Helliar, stand-up star Joel Creasey, presenter Scott Tweedie and funnyman Sam Pang were all among the names rumoured to be taking over the hosting role.

And TBH, we think Robert is the PERFECT replacement!
