The film follows inseparable best friends Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman who share the same superpowers to fight crime in Metropolis.

When Superman and the rest of the Justice League are kidnapped, Krypto must convince a rag-tag shelter pack to rescue them.

Who Will Julia Morris and Dr Chris Brown Play In DC League of Super-Pets?

Of course, a superhero movie would not be a superhero movie without an all-powerful evil genius opposing them. And this comes in the form of Lulu, the telekinetic guinea pig, hell-bent on exacting her own brand of justice.

In the film, Dr Chris and Julia lend their voices to mutant guinea pigs, Mark and Keith.

While they’re a loveable duo on I’m a Celeb, they are somewhat of a reluctant pair at times during this flick. Mark is a flying, flaming fire-breather, while Keith is a frozen rodent with ice in their veins. Lol!

The pair will help Lulu carry out her sinister plot to kidnap the Justice League and fight the Super-Pets, all while reaping mayhem across Metropolis.

What Have Dr Chris Brown and Julia Morris Said About the Film?

According to a press release, this is a “dream” for Dr Chris, our very own super-star vet!

“It’s a bit of a dream to be involved in a DC film,” he said. “And as someone who already gives voices to just about every animal they meet, playing the role of a guinea pig with superpowers feels a lot more normal than it probably should!”

Julia, on the other hand, is “thrilled” to take part.

“Well, I’ve been described as super and been described as a pet but never in the same sentence,” she joked. “I could not be more thrilled to be part of this global extravaganza! How completely exciting to do it alongside my beloved doctor, arm in arm or paw in paw.”

LOVE IT!
