The price guides for The Block 2023 properties have been revealed and we’ve noticed one surprising detail that may stir up even more drama among the cast.

For the first time in the show’s history, Domain has revealed the price guides for the Charming Street properties, giving the audience and potential buyers a taste of what to expect before the final reveal.

However, one minor detail has been leaked that has the potential to spoil an upcoming scandal.

During the August 9 episode, Leah Milton accused Steph Ottavio of attempting to steal her “favourite real estate agent”, Lana Samuels from WHITEFOX Real Estate.

However, under the Domain listing for Leah and Ash Milton‘s house, we can see that the couple ended up using Buxton Real Estate in Brighton.

We have a feeling that this will be a major talking point between the cast members as the series unfolds and we can’t wait for the drama!

How much are the houses on The Block 2023 expected to sell for?

This year’s renovated houses are expected to exceed Hampton East’s $1.648 million median for a four-bedroom home.

According to agent price guides, House 1, which is being renovated by Kyle and Leslie Cottone, is expected to bring in around $2.5 million to $2.75 million.

Leah and Ash’s five-bedroom wonder, otherwise known as House 2, is said to rack up the same amount if everything runs smoothly.

House 3, renovated by Kristy and Brett Beams, is also set to sell for $2.5 million to $2.75 million. This property is said to be the “embodiment of designer living” so we’re not at all surprised by the pricetag.

On the other hand, Steph and Gian Ottavio‘s luxe Japandi property, House 4, is expected to sell between $2.2 million to $2.4 million. And whilst this is still a jaw-dropping amount of cash, it’s the lowest expected figure this year.

Finally, Eliza and Liberty Paschke‘s stunning mid-century family home, House 5, is expected to sell for the highest price.

If all goes well, their property could bring in $2.7 million to $2.85 million. So Hamish Blake and Zoë Foster Blake better keep their eyes peeled!
