The Bachelor Australia‘s Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska are officially married after tying the knot during a surprise wedding.
The couple, who fell in love on the famed series in 2020, announced the exciting news on March 10, sharing a gorgeous snap from their special day to Instagram.
“The happiest day of our lives,” the pair captioned an image of Locky kissing his bride at the alter, alongside the hashtags “mrandmrsgilbert #irenaslockyinlove.”
So Dramatic! can reveal that Locky, 32, and Irena, 32, shocked their guests by throwing a surprise wedding.
Locky and Irena married at Luminaire in South Melbourne in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their nearest and dearest who had no idea of their plans to tie the knot that day.
One guest tells So Dramatic! they thought they were attending an engagement party for the pair before they “shocked everyone” by walking down the aisle.
“When your childhood friend has a surprise wedding. Congratulations Locky and Irena,” another guest wrote on Instagram alongside a video of the newlyweds dancing to a Macedonian drum band.
The SAS Australia star dressed in a tuxedo paired with a white shirt and patent leather shoes for the special day. While Irena wowed in a white satin off-the-shoulder gown with a long trail and veil.

The nuptials were attended by a number of Locky and Irena’s Bachelor co-stars including Bec Cvilikas, Georgina Glass, Madelyn Carver, Marlaina McPhillips, Gemma White, Paige Royal, Bec Colwell, Rosemary Sawtell and Charley Bond.
A number of contestants from Jimmy Nicholson’s 2021 Bachelor season were also in attendance, including Stephanie Lynch and Laura O’Loughlin,
Bachelor in Paradise couple Glen Smith and Alisha Aitken-Radburn were also on the VIP guest list.
As was model Renae Ayris and her partner Andrew Pap.
A number of Locky’s Survivor cast members also attended the nuptials, including Daisy Richardson, Jericho Malabonga, Harry Hills, Phoebe Timmins and Jarry Seng.
Dramatic scenes played out during the bouquet toss with a number of the Bachelor cast physically fighting over the roses. And no, the irony is not lost on us…
Bec [Colwell], Steph and Laura became embroiled in an all-in brawl to get their hands on the bunch of flowers, with Bec even commando rolling over Laura at one point.

The pair were inundated with congratulations and well wishes from their celebrity friends with fellow Bachelor star Laura Bryne writing, “Congrats you two”.
Former Bachelor Jimmy Nicholson also wrote: “Congratulations love birds!” While Bachelor star Mary Viturino added, “Congratulations”.
Married At First Sight groom Telv Williams said: “Congratulations mate”.
The Block’s Elise and Matt wrote: “Wooohoooooo yes you are!!!! Congratulations beautiful friends. So so so happy for you both, yet so sad we couldn’t be there to celebrate with you… love you both”.
Big Milestones In The Bachelor Australia’s Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska‘s Relationship
The Australian Survivor star and Irena announced their engagement in early June 2022, after Locky proposed at the Mackenzie Falls at Grampians National Park.
“Mrs Gilbert has a nice ring to it,” they captioned their Instagram announcement.
A month earlier in May, they revealed that they had purchased their first home together.
They also welcomed a new puppy named Odin into their family in July 2022.
