We’ve already got confirmation that My Mum, Your Dad Australia 2022 is coming back for a second season thanks to a newly released casting call for a new bout of single parents and frankly, we can’t wait!
The most wholesome show of the year (soz, it totes beats BATG) has called for more adult children to nominate their single parents for the chance to find true love.
While we can’t confirm (or deny) whether this year’s final couples will last outside of the retreat, they’ve 100 per cent learnt to love themselves again before our very eyes, and what more can you ask for?!

The inaugural season saw a loveable group of mums and dads gathered at a luxury retreat while their kids watch on in a remote bunker (without their parents knowing!)
On top of all that, the kids get to make decisions under the guise of “dating consultants”. It’s like MAFS – if the contestants were nice to each other and the experts actually cared!
But we’re not quite sure how producers will tackle the big “twist” next year, as we’re pretty damn certain everybody applying will have watched season one. Like, how can you not?!
According to the casting call, filming will take place over three weeks in February or March 2023. There’s no hint so far of when the casting call will close, so get applying, stat!
