Married at First Sight Australia 2022’s Selina Chhaur has hinted that she will follow in Lizzie Sobinoff’s footsteps and return to the controversial social experiment for the 2023 season.

The 34-year-old hairdresser was put through the wringer after her TV groom Cody Bromley admitted he wasn’t initially attracted to her, struggling to show affection, which eventually caused them to split up during the MAFS reunion.

On October 22, Selina took to Instagram to share footage of her returning to Sydney’s Skye Suites apartments, where filming for Married at First Sight 2023 is currently taking place.

“I’m back,” Selina wrote in her Story as she walked towards the entrance.

If Selina does return, she will have an eerily similar journey to MAFS alum Lizzie.

Her season 6 groom Sam Ball became one of the most hated MAFS contestants of all time after he infamously commented on her weight.

The fan-favourite intruder returned in 2021 and was paired with Seb Guilhaus. The loveable duo stayed together for several months post-filming before they amicably went their separate ways.

Selina even had a dramatic hair transformation since her last season, just like Lizzie did before round two!
