Married at First Sight Australia‘s Elizabeth “Lizzie” Sobinoff got candid with her followers about feeling anxious about an upcoming surgery.

The 31-year-old confirmed she’s scheduled for the operation on October 13, where specialists will be looking for “endometriosis in [her] urethra” so she can finally “get some answers”.

“If I’m completely honest, I’m very nervous,” Lizzie wrote on Instagram on October 12.

“I hope there is nothing in there,” she added.

Then, taking to her Instagram Story, Lizzie shared with fans that she wasn’t “looking forward” to being operated on. Fair enough, too!

Her MAFS co-stars rallied around her in the comments.

“Hope everything goes all well for u lovely [sic],” Cyrell Paule — whom she infamously had a falling out with — wrote.

While Tash Herz commented: “Good luck, my darling. You can handle ANYTHING.”

MAFS‘ Lizzie Sobinoff Has Been Very Open About Her Endometriosis and Other Health Struggles

Lizzie was first diagnosed with endometriosis in early 2022 and has continued to endure two other long-term chronic illnesses for over a decade.

In May, she shared a photo of the significant bloating on her stomach, a common symptom of the illness.

“IMPORTANT — NOT PREGNANT!!! This is endo-belly, [sic]” she captioned the post.

The two-time MAFS bride was also previously diagnosed with a blood disorder called Porphyria and a mild form of Lupus, an autoimmune condition that can also be flared up by sunlight.
