Contrary to insider speculation, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2023 is going ahead and potentially with an EPIC all-stars lineup headed into the jungle.

As previously reported by So Dramatic!, a Channel Ten insider dished that the hit celebrity series wouldn’t be returning for its ninth season as the network “already [has] a number of shows” under its belt yet to air.

However, it’s since been revealed that the famed jungle jaunt will make a comeback in the new year, and we have tea about the exciting new crop of celebs.

In episode 218 of the So Dramatic! podcast, host Megan Pustetto said another Ten insider clarified that I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2023 is still happening even though “there were lots of talks about it being cut”,

However, “just last week” the series was put back in the TV guide.

“The execs made an executive decision to keep it going, but postpone it until later in the year, during the ratings period,” they dished, adding that this will be “probably around April”.

“So your insider was right to say that production for it in 2022 isn’t happening like usual, because it will be a 2023 production and air date.”

They then added: “The fact that they delayed production and are moving it into a ratings period makes me think that it might be an All-Stars series.”

Who Do We Want to See Back In the I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! 2023 Jungle?

As of its eighth season, upwards of 110 (!!) celebrities have competed in the fan-favourite series.

Naturally, we’d love to see some Kings and Queens of the jungle return, including 2021 champ Abbie Chatfield and 2022 icon Dylan Lewis.

It would also be epic to see The David A.K.A David Subrtizky back in safari gear, though this time he’ll be a LEGIT celeb, unlike the faux star he depicted when he first appeared on this show this year.

Given they competed on I’m a Celebrity two years apart, we would KILL to see former Married at First Sight flames Davina Rankin and Ryan Gallagher battle it out in the bush.

After all, it can’t be without a little drama, right?
