Five Australian reality stars are set to give some adorable pups forever homes in a heartwarming special edition of The Dog House Australia and we’re already tearing up at the thought.
The Dog House Australia showcases Animal Welfare League NSW as they help surrendered, “orphaned and abandoned” furry friends find their new fur-ever families.
For the first time ever, the heartwarming series will endeavour to match Aussie celebs with some down-on-their-luck puppers in the special airing on August 18.
Who Are the Celebs Appearing on The Dog House Australia?
Australian Survivor’s golden couple Samantha Gash and Mark Wales will be bringing their son Henry along to the AWL shelter to find a fluffy new addition to their growing family.
And it’s not a celebrity special without the appearance of a Married at First Sight Australia star!
Ex-TV groom and I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! alum Ryan Gallagher will be also searching for a new best bud on The Dog House Australia.
Travel Guides narrator and comedian Denise Scott, as well as SAS Australia‘s Mark Philippoussis are also seeking a pooch or two of their own.
And of course, Celebrity vet Dr Chris Brown will be returning to voice The Dog House Australia‘s celeb-ridden special.
The REAL Stars of The Dog House Australia’s Celebrity Special
According to Mediaweek, Denise and her partner John will be meeting an already-bonded pair — Maltese-cross Lambkins and Jack Russell-mix, Yoga.
Hoping for better luck on this matchmaking show, Ryan is set to meet 10-year-old Kelpie cross Milo.
Meanwhile, a three-month-old Dachshund mix named Sookie could be going home with the Australian Survivor fam.
If any of these cuties don’t get adopted, you can find us waiting outside the AWL shelter bright and early tomorrow morning.
