We’ve discovered what the Australian Survivor 2023 season 8 theme is and TBH, it sounds AMAZING!
So Dramatic! can exclusively reveal that the next season of Australian Survivor will be a Heroes v Villains theme.
According to our sources, the heroes will include people from “heroic” fields including sport and medicine, as well as survivors of plane crashes and natural disasters.
On top of this, we can also reveal that filming for Australian Survivor 2023 will return to Fiji and will commence around August 2022.
Over the last two years, the series was filmed in Australia due to the global pandemic, however, now that travel is allowed again, we are back on, baby!
According to our sources, 12 former Australian Survivor castaways will compete alongside 12 new players.
Both tribes will consist of six returnees and six newbies (Big Brother anyone?!) and will be divided by their hero/villain status.
Of course, this isn’t the first time Australian Survivor has pitted “types” of castaways against each other. In 2021, we saw Brains vs Brawn and in 2022, Blood vs Water.
