The contestants taking on Married at First Sight Australia 2023 have already been unveiled, and can they just not? We’ve barely recovered from this year’s season as it is!
Any MAFS fan will vouch for the absolute train wreck season nine was, so the ten-year anniversary of the cursed marriage experiment has a LOT to live up to.
From contestants alleging they’ve been “glassed” to the run-of-the-mill cheating scandals, we don’t think there’s much to be left to the imagination. Nor much left for the experts to unpack!
The Daily Mail managed to pap a number of the 2023 contestants as production for the tenth series of the show begins. The new brides (read: victims) were spotted filming their hens night at Centennial Park’s $15million The Crossways estate in Sydney last week.
And, upon some further digging, we’ve already managed to get the tea on a few of the new leading ladies.
The upcoming cast will feature a number of beauties including seven stunning blondes and two brunettes
With one incoming participant said to give Domenica Calarco “a run for her money”, let’s just say that Married at First Sight 2023 is looking a tad more appealing.
So, who is looking for love (and fame, and followers, and international acclaim) in the infamous marriage experiment this time around?
Alyssa Barmonde
Alyssa Barmonde is a single mumma to son Leon and holy sh*t, she’s not even an influencer! Thank the heavens!
However, the Sydneysider does have a heap of followers on the ‘gram (nearly 19k to be exact) all thanks to her special talent — cake making!
Yep, Alyssa is the proud owner of Alyssa Bakes Cakes, in which she specialised in “bespoke buttercream cakes”. Yum!
Bronte Schofield
Slated as “the next Coco Stedman“, Perth-based Bronte Schofield will certainly be one to watch!
The influencer helms over 11,000 followers on Insta and is on the hunt for her dream man. LOL — good luck!
Friends of the incoming bride ratted her out to Daily Mail, dishing that she “isn’t afraid of confrontation”.
“It’s going to be drama filled with her involved that’s for sure!”
Melinda Willis
Melinda Willis, who goes by Melinda Richelle on Insta, is a qualified beauty therapist and makeup artist. Plus she is the owner of Feather Sisters — a beauty website that hit over $1 million in sales in 2020 alone!
She’s also the owner of Melly’s Beauty Parlour, the owner of MW Lashes AND is a director for BSSA (pronounced Bossa) Store. Busy gal!
Melinda is also a social media influencer and has over 150k followers on Instagram alone, including former MAFS stars like KC Osborne, Jules Robinson, Joshua Pihlak and Jason Engler.

Tahnee Cook
Like her fellow bride, 27-year-old Tahnee Cook spends her time curating content online for a number of iconic brands. These include (and are certainly not limited to) Bondi Sands, Sally Hanson Australia, NYX Cosmetics, Rimmel London and Bourjois Paris.
The Sydneysider boasts a massive following of 45,100 fans across her social channels. However, these are all currently set to private as required by all MAFS participants.
A former schoolmate of Tahnee told the Daily Mail that Married at First Sight 2023 bride is “funny” and will “definitely give Domenica Calarco a run for her money.”
