Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn won’t be returning to the Netflix reality series, after allegedly being mistreated by the show’s executive producer.

After speculation that Christine wouldn’t appear on the show again, TMZ has revealed that the TV villain won’t return for the sixth and seventh seasons of Selling Sunset.

Christine reportedly decided to focus on her other ventures outside the property market — including modelling (having recently signed with IMG) and the crypto-currency business that she shares with her husband, Christian Richard.

According to the US-based gossip rag, Christine’s departure was a “mutual decision” between her, Netflix and the show’s production company.

Christine also didn’t appear at the Selling Sunset season five reunion because she had tested positive for COVID.

However, she was into hot water after being spotted by TMZ on set for a TV commercial just days later.

Selling Sunset Fans Speculate Christine Quinn Quit Because of Her Ongoing Feud with an Executive Producer

Many Selling Sunset fans have speculated that the departure was instigated by the bitter feud between Christine and executive producer Adam Divello.

CONTENT WARNING: The following references self-harm and suicide and may be distressing for some readers.

The 33-year-old claimed the show’s executive producer threatened her, telling her “to “go fall down the stairs” and to “kill” herself.

This all allegedly happened after she was “honest” about what happened behind the scenes of Selling Sunset during an interview. Ergo, there were several witnesses to his threats, according to the reality star.

Christine alleged that there had been sexual misconduct towards other female cast members and there were multiple complaints filed against Adam.

Christine Quinn Made More Claims About What Goes on Behind the Scenes of Selling Sunset

It comes after Christine spilled a bucket load of tea on Alex Cooper’s podcast Call Me Daddy back in May 2022.

The reality star claimed that she was told to play a “character” on Selling Sunset.

The TV villain alleged that many of the fights she got into were heavily edited (DUH!) and producers would often feed rumours to the cast members to start drama.

“So we show up to set and they [the producers] separate us in different rooms. Then they wait until we’re ready to film and they send us in,” Christine explained on the drama-filled podcast.

“But in the meantime, they’ll have someone say, ‘Oh, my gosh, you know Christine just said this about you in a previous scene,’ and they’ll come to me [and say], ‘Chelsea [Lazkani] said this about you [in] previous scenes’.”

“So they set up these scenarios which instigate our emotions intentionally,” Christine said. She went on to add that wasn’t affected by it because she had been on the show for so long.
