Big Brother Australia newbie Gabbie Keevill had Twitter ablaze last night as fans were hyping her up after she emerged as the show’s latest villain.
Gabbie recently joined forces with “wildcard” OG Tim Dormer to avenge their friend, Anthony “Drew” Drew, who had been evicted the week before.
Gabbie and Tim won the nominations challenge on June 27 and both immediately had the same vision of the three newbie housemates they wanted to nominate for eviction — Aleisha Campbell, Jaycee Edwards and Johnson Ashak.
“I’m sick of it, I’ve been done with that little three posse for so long [sic],” Gabbie explained in the diary room.
While Tim put his own game in danger after nominating Aleisha (despite promising he wouldn’t), it was Gabbie’s ruthlessness that had fans on Twitter pleasantly surprised.
Big Brother netizens were thrilled to see Gabbie make the game-changing play that saw Jaycee eventually evicted, with many hoping this would be the start of her “villain era” on the show. But like, in an Abbie Chatfield way, not an Olivia Frazer way, IYKWIM.
Twitter Thought Aleisha Campbell Should Have Been Evicted from the Big Brother House
With Johnson and Aleisha in the firing line during evictions, fans were shocked that the remaining housemates didn’t try to get one of the heavy-hitters out.
Some fans suggested Tim and Gabbie were too focused on their “#JusticeForDrew” revenge campaign, rather than using the opportunity to get Johnson or Aleisha out of the game.
ICYMI, Aleisha was the one who orchestrated the blindside on Drew, while Jaycee made the final decision between two controversial players.
Big Brother Australia’s Jaycee Edwards “Embarrasses” Himself with His Post-Eviction Interview
After his eviction, Jaycee gave his final thoughts on being a part of Big Brother. However, despite his blossoming rap career, the newly evicted housemate didn’t follow Kendrick Lamar’s advice to “Stay Humble.“
“Tim and Gabbie just made a massive move, they nominated three of the biggest players in the house — that being myself, Aleisha and Johnson,” he said.
Fans immediately picked up on the comment, roasting the musician for seeing himself as a big player, despite not receiving a lot of screen time in the final edit.
