Olivia Frazer has spoken out on Instagram about her grudge-holding tendencies for the first time since Married at First Sight Australia 2022 ended.
The show’s cast regained partial control of their social media accounts on Monday April 11. Olivia has followed in the footsteps of her MAFS bestie Tamara Djordjevic, using her platform to respond to the #haters.
Under a bed-time selfie, Olivia penned a lengthy response to viewers who slammed her for admitting she still holds grudges “against girls from primary school”.
“FYI my interpretation of ‘holding grudges’ is to cut out people that are toxic to my life. Not seek revenge or put any energy at all towards them,” she wrote.
“It’s perfectly acceptable to not like people. It’s perfectly acceptable to not allow certain people access to you.
“I’ve never wasted energy on people I don’t like. Hence why I sleep amazing at night xxx,” she concluded.

Olivia’s Post Drew One Interesting Supporter
Despite having turned her comments off, Olivia’s Instagram post still drew support from fans and former MAFS stars alike.
In fact, 2021 groom Bryce Ruthven, who Olivia has actually been compared to previously, gave the post his seal of approval by liking it.
Bryce, who was anointed as the 2021 MAFS villain after fans branded his relationship with Melissa Rawson as “toxic”, has actually taken to social media to defend 2022’s “mean girl” Olivia in the past.
Taking to his Instagram Stories following the instigation of the “nude photo scandal”, the father-of-two wrote: “I seem to recall going to a particular dinner party where I had everyone attacking myself over a forced producer act that led to some of the worst acting seen on TV”.
“According to expert John [Aiken]… [this was] acceptable behaviour in 2021. Not acceptable in 2022. Go figure? All tonight’s show is missing is Dion’s edited voiceover again,” he continued.
