Former The Block judge Neale Whitaker has announced his huge career move after quitting the show.
On May 8, the long-time judge sadly revealed that he was leaving the hit renovation show after 17 seasons to support his partner, David, who was dealing with “serious health issues“.
On October 8, the 62-year-old took to Instagram to reveal that he’s launching two kitchen and dining collections in collaboration with Gro Urban Oasis.

“Two kitchen and dining collections combine my love of food, design and living well,” he wrote in the caption.
“What was important to me in developing my range was quality, style and simplicity. I truly believe that good design should be accessible to everyone every day.”
The TV personality’s collection includes “tableware, serveware, cutlery, glassware and napery”.
It will also be divided into two ranges: “Culinary”, featuring bespoke items at a higher price point, and “Everyday”, which will be more affordable and come in two different colours.
The Block’s Neale Whitaker wants his range to be ‘VERY accessible’
Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle, the interior design expert spilled on his new range, stating that he wanted it to strike a balance between being “classic” and “timeless” whilst also being “affordable”.
“Good design should be affordable, and I think these two ranges are very accessible. I’m very happy with the quality of the product, but I’m also very happy with the price point,” he gushed.

Having previously released a collection of bed linen, towels, and home decor, Neale is “quietly confident” that his classic new range will be popular.
“I believe his range will work perfectly with other things depending on your taste,” he said.
“If your taste veers to the minimal, you’ll love this. If your taste veers more to the decorative or contemporary, you can add things to it. It’s deliberately designed to fit in with what most people already have in the kitchen cupboard.”
